Has anyone else tried Destruction All-stars. It's interesting from what little I've played of it don't know how much longevity it will have but it's not bad. Definitely not worth the $70 price tag it was supposed to have as a launch title. It really is in that Fortnite/rocket league mold so full price was never a good idea. I could imagine the right twitch streamer making it popular and it getting limited edition skins and special characters to make money on the back end.

I watched someone try and play for a little bit this afternoon, seemed like a mess. I'll claim it to my library but no interest in trying it anytime soon - and I have 1000 hours in Rocket League.

My son was having a lot of fun with it yesterday. Was amazed at how much free content there was. He played for hours.

This new PS5 upgrade we received today doesn't unlock the SSD expansion we all desire but it does resolve some of the annoying file sizes we have on our hard drive. We no longer need to carry the PS4 versions alongside with the PS5. With exceptions to games like No Man's Sky where we would need to have the PS4 version along with the PS5 to use certain features, I no longer need to have War Thunder's PS4 version installed on the hard drive now since I only use the PS5 version on this console. Now, I can delete the PS4 version without having it reload when I play it again.

This is me being stupid since I don't have a PS5, but I believe AP came with the console, so you're just saying there have been 4.5 million PS5's sold so far? Haha.

So I have to say that as an Xbox guy since the 360 days, I am really loving the PS5. It just seems so fresh and screams next-gen. I love the UI, game download lightning fast. I love the haptic feedback in Madden. It just adds more immersion. I also like the QB cadence coming out of the speaker.

I'm downloading NBA 2K right now, and it's taken like less than 10 minutes and I only have a 100mbps connection.

It just felt like nothing was fresh on Xbox. I think I'm gonna go ahead and sell it because there are no exclusives I'm married to on there. Not a Halo fan at all. I did enjoy the PS3, but always went back to the 360. I ended up snagging this PS5 right before it was announced The Show would be on Xbox. But I'm glad I did. BTW, the Show in 4K 60fps is amazing on here.

I just hope they let us use the M.2 SSD soon. Because storage is gonna be a huge problem.

How is Road to the Slow compared to 14 or 15? That was the last one I played I think. I see complaints about lack of changes but that's more year over year issues not half a decade.

Probably pick it up, sure I'll get $20 out of it. Not sure I'll be getting the new one day one.

Giggles at the typo in RTTS

Seriously though, they made a LOT of changes to the mode the last couple of years (RTTS has gotten WAY more love than franchise). Now, where some RTTS players got irked is when they introduced player archetypes. Basically, you can't just put together some crazy 99-across-the-board guy. But they added a lot in terms of relationships, training, and other various items.

I think what you'd see in 20's RTTS vs 14 or 15 will blow you away. Will you like it better? I have no idea...

Personally RTTS is super annoying now. I feel like they force you to train and interact so much more, and it's not very well done.

If we could choose to train, choose to interact or turn off those options I would like it a lot more.

I just want to play baseball, man, not talk to my teammates about pre-determined stuff to make me more of a "captain".

I am happy for those who like these changes, and I still gladly play! But I could do without those cosmetics, lol.

For whatever reason I cannot get my PS4 Gold headphones to connect to the PS5. It connects to the dongle but the PS5 will not recognize it. I treied the USB port in the back too.

My question to you guys who have the PS gold headphones (PS4) and have them connected is do you get the 3d effect from them or should I just grab a pair of the new ones?

PlayStation 5

Just paid $1 to try out EA access on the ps5 and try out madden and fifa. The fifa is playing the ps5 version but I can’t get the madden to play next gen for the life of me. I just don’t understand why Sony made this so damn difficult.

The madden starts loading and stays in the loading screen with Lamar for me. I also get the “Disconnected from Server” message amd I can’t play the game. Anyone else have this issue? I’m able to play the FIFA but no luck with madden.
