Has anyone heard anymore updated news to When the PS5 will get the VRR update. or any updates on expandable storage, I mean what are they waiting for.

Nothing about tech advances but there might be some PS5 news coming. As for something to wet your beak, the only thing we have are rumors that went rapid last month. There is someone who has had credibility predicting past news that has brought to attention with many fans/video gaming news publications that will hopefully soon give us more PS answers. I'm thinking probably closer to February highlighting news showcasing MLB The Show.

According to a post on Twitter by AestheticGamer, who has accurately predicted and leaked video game information lately, there might be some interesting news for PlayStation fans on the horizon. The author shared his speculation about the supposedly upcoming Sony event. He explained that, though he is not sure whether they will call it a State of Play showcase, he claims that Sony has some kind of an event scheduled for January or February 2021.

His correct predictions apply to the Resident Evil series as he even leaked the Resident Evil 3 remake, which launched a few months ago. He also correctly leaked information about the upcoming Resident Evil 8.

It is also worth noting that, though the leaker has stated that he is not certain if the event is indeed a State of Play event, Sony usually reveals new details during its branded showcases.

Are there any SSDs that can even be used with the internal storage? I know Sony hasn’t whitelisted any but are there any that is fast enough? That might be why they haven’t done it yet.

I would expect the Series X ones to be similar and they are C$300 for 1 TB. Ouch.

According to the article I read Xbox is trying to force people to use game pass (I thought they were the same thing honestly) Sony looks to be sticking with the more traditional console route and MS looks like they'd rather be a game streaming type service. So I don't think sony will raise the price of PS+ right now at least. If they that price point seems a bit steep. Either way my PS+ sub doesn't run out until 2023 so I think I'm good for now lol.

You can stack subscriptions. You can find plus for $30 a year pretty easily.

Yup they have sales on PS+ subs frequently so stacking is the way to go especially if PlayStation is your primary gaming platform.

2 things here, First, you can find a 12 month PS plus subscription at cdkeys throughout the year for around $30. I paid $28 for one a month or so ago. They always have it way cheaper.

Second thing, is anyone else having trouble connecting the PS4 gold headset to the PS5? Mine will not show up for anything. I'm seeing it says it's compatible but I'm not having any luck.
