You really shouldn't use either of those. All the big torrent sites are getting shut down and it's easy for the RIAA to find out who's downloading albums. A few people have gotten sued even without downloading anything.

Wow, this makes me nervous as I use BitComet- Isohunt, and Torrent Reactor. So they can still track who downloads even if I move all those files out of the designated download folder?

if you're that concerned about it, you could rip all your music to an external hard drive and then delete the downloaded music. I'm not certain, but I believe the music has to be downloaded and in a folder for quite some time for it to get noticed by somebody like the RIAA so if you move it and then delete it shortly after downloading it then it would be a non-issue.

                    Hmm, that sounds pretty safe.

It's just that my entire library was attained through download over God knows how many years. I mean, moving that much music to another hard drive seems pretty annoying. I just want to hear J-Mood's opinion since he reported that people are getting sued for not even downloading.

I don't that much about torrents so I'm not an expert or anything but there are people who have been sued for seeding and some people who didn't download anything were somehow caught by the RIAA. I'll try to find some links on it.
