This has nothing to do with the movie. Just thought it was awesome.

It will never truly pass Titanic or Star Wars once inflation is accounted for. Some places charge 12 bucks to see a movie on a Saturday night (and IMAX is usually 15), what were ticket prices when Titanic was out? Six bucks? 8 bucks? And I believe I saw somewhere that Star Wars would have made over a billion in today's market.

When you adjust for inflation, nothing will ever pass Gone with the Wind.

It will never truly pass Titanic because this film doesnt have Kate Winslets awesome tits in it.

QFT. Inflation shouldn't be the only factor if you want to put everything on a level playing field, though.

Could be a number of reasons:
                          1. Bus driver didn't think anything of it
                          2. Bus drivers were corrupt/paid off
                          3. Busy dealing with kids

You're exhibiting too much common sense, it's a movie just ignore logic. I don't think there's been a movie ever made that wasn't illogical and coincedental to keep the plot moving. Just go with it.

The more I think about this film, the more I realize we need a Batman redemption flick. They just cant leave us with Batman riding into the light as a fugitive, he needs to be Gotham cities hero, and Ive got my fingers crossed that Nolan and Co will give that to us.
