Wow, i've never been so hyped for a movie in my life. From the online clips, to the awesome trailers, to the numerous 5 star reviews and 8.8/10 rating on IMDB so far, to just the look and epic scale of the movie, and so on. It's going to be a long wait for March 9th...

BTW, does anyone else see 300 doing for Gerard Butler what Gladiator did for Russell Crowe? Crowe was probably more known at the time of Gladiator than Butler is now, but still, he looks absolutely badass in this movie the way Crowe was in Gladiator. Just my thoughts.

this was from a review done way back in August last year of the movie by comicbookresources.com. This is my favorite quote:

SDSU will have an early showing of this movie that I'm going to on the night of March 8th. Hopefully I'll be able to post my impressions that night.
