Watched Rent: Filmed Live on Broadway today. Absolutely incredible. Stunning picture, great sound, excellent extras. Anyone who loves Rent like I do, this is a must own. Probably one of the best discs in my collection at this point, I'll probably watch this all the time. Awesome, awesome disc.

Man there are no flashers... now what are we going to do for vd
I'm sure there's plenty of prostitutes you could pay if you really want vd.
yea but will they take psn cards
Depends on what area of a hooker you would use to redeem them.

      lol

Just watched Drumline on blu ray. Decent story, but the audio was outstanding. My rears and sub definitely got a workout.

Has anyone bought any of the Bond movies on Blu? I own the whole collection on standard DVD, but have been considering upgrading to Blu and giving my father in law the standard ones. Just curious if there is a big difference and if it is worth upgrading.

I have Dr. No and FRWL Blu Rays, and I have to say that it is a HUGE difference compared to the original Special Edition DVD sets. (I've owned the entire SE and 3/4 of the Ultimate Edition DVDs.)

I am a bit reluctant on getting the new films "Die Another Day" because the DVDs in the Ultimate Edition already look pretty good. It seems the older films benefit the most on the blu-rays.

Check these Dr. No comparisons with the special ed, ultimate ed, and b-rays.

"We try to be as true as we possibly can to what we believe the original director and cinematographer saw in their dailies when they were shooting the movie" -John Lowry Everything thats been done is based on approved masters. We are not trying to reinvent the films, but just to have them...

They are worth upgrading to their Blu counterparts.

Yep. They are pretty cheap too. Amazon had a sale that included all of them (buy 10 save $200) where the final price was around $6 each. I bought 2 sets.
