I'm tempted to get those Ultimate Collectors edition of the first 2 Harry Potter movies, I already have them on Blu-Ray, but all the special features galore makes it hard to pass up.

anybody who's interested in ice age or ice age 2, there's a $3 coupon floating around the net that can be combined with target's $5 coupon to make them $10 each.

Nice find. Manufacturer's coupons can be stacked on top of Target
            coupons.

I'm going blu ray hunting at Target tomorrow night. $10 or less (before taxes).

that's what I've been doing. I got both Ice Age BD's for $9.96 each after taxes.

I have a question. If I buy an old movie on blu ray, it won't be in high def will it? I imagine it will not since it was already recorded in standard.

You should look at the restoration for The General. It's quite amazing what you can do with Blu-ray:

Robin Hood Men in Tights is finally coming to Blu-Ray, however it appears it will only be available in this Mel Brooks Blu-Ray collection. I've yet to see anything that shows it will be available as a stand alone >_<

                        - Fracture

                        - Hostage

                        - Jurassic Park (trilogy)
                        - Fight Club
                        - War of the Worlds
                        - The Replacements
Scratch out Fracture and Fight Club, and add School of Rock to this list.

Is there a chance some of these movies just won't make it to Blu in the U.S.?
