Noooo. I mean rent the blu ray(s) from netflix. That way you get the absolute best PQ and AQ and don't have to buy the discs until it hits the right price.

It's hard to resist but i'll be holding off for the EE when they come out as well.

Does anyone own Swordfish on blu ray? If so how is it (sound/picture/Halle Berry's can's etc )?

Hollywoodvideo.com has used blurays for 8.99 a pop and you can use the code 25pv to get 25% off and free shipping. The site runs horribly slow, but I've gotten a ton of sweet pickups.

Co-sign though I haven't received any to tell their condition. Only wish I had jumped on board when they were $6.99 with the same 25PV code. lol

Looked simply stunning & the DTS-MA Track sounded great. With some nice UMPH in the Bass...

Haven't watched it in a while, but the only thing that comes to mind is it actually doesn't have a lossless HD audio codec, hence the reason it's always so cheap everywhere.

Funny you should mention it. I watched the shorter US version (still 2 1/2 hrs) today. Freakin epic. Top notch transfer.

I need to see the extended version.

I don't know about the lossless sound but I remember the picture being soft but it could be cheap simply because it's a pretty crappy movie with no extras.

Picked up Broken Lizard's "The Slammin' Salmon" for 14.99 on Blu at Best Buy. Haven't seen it (not sure why I didn't catch it in theaters, it must not have been around long at all), but I buy all Broken Lizard movies so looking forward to it.

Loved Super Troopers. Didn't care too much for Club Dread and I thought Beer Fest was ok, but I might have to check out Slammin Salmon.

FYI...There will be a Super Troopers 2 coming out next year

You and I felt the exact same way about all those movies and I am also pumped for Super Troopers 2 coming out next year as it was by far my favorite Broken Lizard movie theyve made so far.

Couldnt possibly agree more Gizmo. I actually bought it on blu-ray but havent had a chance to watch it as of yet. I didnt really care for Club Dread and thought Beerfest was average at best. There is an older broken lizard movie I picked up years ago, Puddle Cruiser and it was the first movie they did. To say it was pretty bad is putting it lightly. Luckily for them they went from that to putting out Super Troopers and changing their fortunes for the better. Another Broken Lizard movie Im looking out for is Rogue Scholars as its supposed to be similar to an Animal House except all the Broken Lizard guys are playing teachers who consistently screw with the students so that could be pretty funny as well.

Probably gonna watch this weekend, so I'll let you know.

I enjoyed Club Dread, but definitely nowhere near as good as Super Troopers. Beerfest was good, but again not Super Troopers.

They're all still funny though, and I like buying their movies so we have a chance at more Broken Lizard stuff...overall I just like their brand of comedy.

Only one I haven't liked was Puddle Cruiser ironically enough.

Super Tropoers is still king, followed by Beerfest. I didn't even realize Slammin' Salmon came out, just ordered it from Amazong. Blu-ray $14.99, DVD $19.99..um. LOL

Wish Club Dread would hit Blu-ray and have both the unrated and rated versions on it. Then I could complete my BD collection of Broken Lizard
