Argo. Very gripping. It would be good to know how close the actual events were with some of the events depicted timing wise.

Inglorious Basterds. Just wall to wall. Christoph Waltz is simply brilliant. It really disappoints me, though, that he recently starred in a Roman Polanski film.

Well today is a crummy rainy day so I cozied up and spent an hour with Leather Burners (1943). This was one of the 66 Hopalong Cassidy Western programmers produced in the '30s and '40s. This probably wasn't the best in the series for me to jump into as some plot twists were a bit wanting and needlessly complicated a simple story. Nonetheless, it was a pleasurable way to pass an hour.

This was one of a Hoppy entries that had a young Robert Mitchum in bit parts. He really wasn't seen much but it was nice to see him at an embryonic stage of his career. In fact, my next flick will be just his 2nd starring role ever.

Anywho ** Stars. It's not a bad way to pass time on a crummy Saturday afternoon.

Popcorn movie day. Star Trek 2, Dredd and Revenge of the Fallen. Fun times.

The Kings Of Summer: Unfamiliar casts but they did a very good job acting. That Biaggio kid looks funny and was very funny. Decent movie.

History of The Eagles.

After reading Bill Simmons's column on this, I had to check it out for myself. Wow! Totally engrossing and makes you long for the days when there were bands that had that bigger than life feel.

You're Next - I enjoyed this film. Didn't see the ending coming though. Much different movie then what I thought was gonna happen

V/H/S - it was a good movie. Not bad. I heard the sequel is much better so I'll have to check it out.

Unstoppable. A bit hincky. Filler movie for both main actors. Not very deep. And Ethan Suplee looks like he put 100 lbs back on.

I enjoyed World War Z, surprisingly. My son and I had a "Big-Bang-Theoryish" discussion on the tradition zombie compared to WWZ. My son and I are zombie traditionalist.

The Hamiltons - Terrible. Don't bother watching.
