Watched Bruno last night, was much better then I thought and had some really funny parts, I still prefer Borat over Bruno but it wasnt as bad as I had thought it might be.

I saw The Final Destination. As a fan of the series it is definitely going in a direction I would prefer it didn't go in, but I was still more or less entertained. I just wish the characters went through more of a psychological meltdown in these movies than they do when they witness a gruesome death. Plus it was very short (76 minutes from opening shot to ending shot).

If this is truly the last one of the franchise, I'll be disappointed. But I do hope they go back to 2D next time and really focus on the story a bit more. I know that's tough to ask for with this kind of movie, but they did that with the first one and partly with the second one and afterward it decided to fall off the map.

Watched Wanted last night. Pretty good movie. Unrealistic but what movie isn't these days?

Wanted kept me entertained. I put it in the same category as Shoot Em Up and Crank. Mindless carnage.

Just have to be in the mood for it.

Shoot 'Em Up is the only decent one on that list.

A very good mindless carnage movie is Death Race.

Death Race is a treat on blu ray. The audio is off the charts.

I actually finished Wanted another day when it was on again. Finally made it past the beginning while and it got better for sure. Interesting story, interesting characters (somewhat), and some ok action.

The first while, though, was absolutely horrible. I'd probably rate it a 5/10 or so; it wasn't a bad movie once it finally stopped completely ripping off Fight Club and The Matrix and came into its own a little bit.

That was the goal. It wasn't taking itself seriously. Same as Snakes on a plane.

Just watched Ghost Town again (Ricky Gervais). Still as funny the 2nd time .... he's modern day Monty Python.

Dance Flick - TERRIBLE!

Baraka - Fell asleep on it and had a weird dream about a whole bunch of liquid that looked like coffee spilling into our space from another dimension.

Inglorious Basterds

Great piece of cinema, I must say. I hope this becomes a memorable film people look back on, not quite on the same parallel as Pulp Fiction but fitting nicely in its own right.
