It's just an incredibly powerful phone. I think all of the reviews that I read online before buying were spot on.

    I live this phone.

I canceled my letstalk order and ordered from amazon. however, amazon is showing a 12/30 delivery date. ugh. I heard that bestbuy is pricematching amazons 199. anyone know if this is true?

I keep USB cable at work because I normally stream Dan Patrick on TuneIn. Recently started leaving my iPod at home and using Google Music. Not possible to go a full days doing this.

The problem I saw on my Evo and now with Galaxy S2 is for Facebook sync it syncs all Facebook contacts to your phone. Even when I choose sync only with those already in contacts it pulls everyone.

Yeah, i've heard this about facebook sync, and I have tons of friends on facebook I don't want in my phone...

I'm not gonna call some random guy from high school that I haven't talked to since high school lol

I did set up skype on my phone and ipad last night and tested the video chat...was pretty damn cool and worked smoothly.

When i got my 3D not too long ago, I went to three Best Buys to see if they would match Amazon, and all three said no.

Hopped on this band wagon as well and coming from an original droid...this thing is amazing. But I have found my first issue...and don't know if its just my phone or something else. When playing back music...the sound is perfect...up until the screen goes to sleep mode, then there is crackle and tiny popping?

                  Anyone else experience this?

                    Re: Official Android Discussion Thread

Solution found! The internet is an amazing place. Seems to be a software bug that when the screen goes black, the processor that runs or rips the files is underpowered, which leads to these pops or crack sounds. Solution for now...turn on the EQ. Works like a charm. Back to loading all my music and thankful this awesome beast doesn't have to go back!

We may be just days away from the release of the Galaxy Nexus on Verizon, and I’m sure that many are starting to think about this whole bootloader unlocking process. As a Nexus device, the bootloader does not have to be bypassed or hacked like you have probably had to do... #Bootloader #GalaxyNexus

There's a link I found, though I haven't tried it yet (just leaving work in 5 mins or so, and I've only installed some of the stuff).

It's a bit to install, but I'd also like to learn android programming, so not too bad for me.
Worked like a charm with the usb driver that mjb posted.

                      Loving the phone so far.

There is a "task manager", but it's different than all the earlier versions of Android.

At the desktop/home screen, hit the onscreen button that looks like over lapping boxes or windows. That brings up your running apps. You can swipe away the ones you don't want running. That's how I've seen it described by a couple of sites prior to release.

I been using the Advanced Task Killer app from the Android market and it works like a charm. A whole lot less battery drainage.
