So I'm due for an upgrade (have been since October) and I'm trying to save some money for the Galaxy Nexus, but now the Blackberry I've been using in place of my original Droid won't charge anymore. How big of a stepback is the CHARGE from the Nexus, cause I might just have to get a free phone for my upgrade.

If I were you I'd look to eBay or Craigslist for something used and off contract until you save for nexus. Charge is dated and you'd be stuck with an old phone for the next two years.

Do what SoMiss said. Or don't use your upgrade and by one of the $50 phones for the time being. If you really want the Nexus I wouldn't waste your upgrade on a "Free" phone.

Just got a replacement phone. Same HTC Evo 3D. It got really unresponsive so I had to replace it.

Anyone ever use the Seidio Innocell 4000MAH EXTENDED BATTERY? Is it good, bad?

I picked up the Samsung Galaxy Note in white from AT&T. This thing is killer. I use my phone more for work emails, web browsing, time killing, and organization and the phone is awesome. I used to hate the older android phones with terrible resolutions that were bigger, but these new larger phones with HD screens are awesome.

It is a bit big, but you get used to it after a few days and then you look at an iPhone and you realize it sorely needs to be a bit larger.

Looks really silly watching someone talk on that thing. Aside from that it's an awesome little device.

It looks fine when I hold it up since I'm a bigger dude. I'm not a huge phone talker which I why I didn't care about the size pre-purchase. It engulfs more than half of my wife's face, so she sticks with her little iPhone 4..

Of course, she has a phone, you have a pseudo tablet. I've seen even the heaviest IT admin where I work holding that thing and it still looks silly. It's certainly not slimming.

If it works for you, that's all that matters. Shouldn't matter what other people think. I just can't help but get a good chuckle out of it when I see people hold it up to their ear. Reminds me of a sketch on MadTV, I believe...

It definitely takes some getting used to, for sure. I think people's perspective will change once the iPhone makes the leap to a 4" screen, then it won't seem as ridiculous. This is as big as a phone can get, though.

This is true. People said the same thing with 5" devices that were released and even those looked silly at the time. Now, they are more common and less a joke.

I still recall people holding up iPads while using skype or GVoice. Oh boy...

I'm not surprised. They pushed the envelope and created a phone-tablet combo which is currently selling for $250 with contract. With this device, I see almost no reason to purchase a 7" android tablet.

Seidio typically makes fantastic batteries. Although I haven't used them for close to 10 years, their extended batteries for Pocket PC's were fantastic.

I would imagine it's the same thing even today.

Check Amazon to see if it's available and if there are any user reviews on it.
