Man I hope not.
Unless the vet and those who live with him can give more information of what's happening, I want the caravan to roll along.
Like Captain Zombie said, all of the characters are 1-dimensional and it's why so many people watching this show couldn't care less what happens to them.
Rick is getting to be a major walking cliche. We get it, you have to fix everything yourself. You're a super human that can give 84 pints of blood before feeling woozy and you still want to battle the entire zombie nation by yourself.
Give it up already.
It would have been far more realistic and compelling if he knew that he couldn't do anything but stay by Carl's side and begged Shane to go after the supplies. He knows that Shane is more than capable to get the job done.
That would have been far more powerful. Rick relying on Shane and treasuring his toughness, all the while Shane knows he was boinking his wife.
Instead, we get the two of these losers locking foreheads while they sweat on each other and talk about how awesome they are.
Okay, I'm done complaining. Bring on ep3. If it's not good, I'm bailing on this show.
And I really hope the ratings show how most people watching aren't happy with the direction.
There's at least a dozen people I work with that are totally into it and only 1 of them is staying vigilante. But he's the only one who's read the comics so he has some attachment to it and knows how good this show should be.
The rest of us are growing restless.
