    Nope. That was Keir O'Donnell.

Good guess though. They do look similar.

I thought the same thing intially, maybe it's the hair?

Is anyone else thinking Edward Nigma's character looks to be spot on? I'm definitely curious to see how his progression will go.

We are definitely enjoying the show, my wife is actually paying attention and is now asking me more about Batman and other comics. Gotham is definitely a good show to introduce these iconic figures in pop culture, or at least my nostalgia .

I really feel Nigma's characterization in this show is wholly based on Scott Snyder's re-interpretation rather than the classic interpretation.

This is not a bad thing really.

He kinda looks like Jim Carrey to me, but yes, I feel like that dude just screams Riddler too.

Really liked this last episode. Cobblepot is already making power plays making these old mob bosses look like chumps. I don't know how to feel about Gordon hanging around young Bruce so much though. As in, you'd be stupid not to know who Batman is when he shows up at the end.

I'm enjoying it for all the corniness that only a comic-book can muster. The dialogue is so loaded with dramatic metaphors and imagery that I can't help but laugh for the actors as they are forced to keep a straight face.
Yea some of the things jada pinkett says just have me laughing. I get to a point where I think her acting is so bad, but I think it's more/less her lines...nobody could pull them off...except for Chuck Norris.

Just got a chance to watch last week's episode. Loved it. The mob bosses dueling and Cobblepot outmaneuvering everyone was great.

I guess even in Gotham, chicks are insecure and annoying. Shut up, Barbara.

For all wrestling fans...doesn't the chick who "won" the audition with Mooney looks like Paige?

This show is pretty graphic for 2014 Network TV, too. Lots of blood and heavy duty kills, with the eye weapon thing and all that too.

I just realized Maroni is the dad from The Killing (season 1 & 2). Finally got that out of my head.

Its weird, but Cobblepot and Bruce seem to be the most grounded of the characters so far.

Maroni is not the dad from the Killing. He was Detective Angel Batista in Dexter and also the main villain in the first Expendables Film.

I knew I recognized him from somewhere.

I was thinking that, too. Especially for the 8pm slot, usually the more graphic shows get stashed away til 10.

I think its getting a break in that regard, because its such a hit show.

I think this show is in the 8 PM slot mainly because they're trying to capture the younger audience but the violence and gore etc etc is also there to appeal to the older folks. Honestly, the best timeslot for this show should be 9 PM but Sleepy Hollow is on at that time.
