That's not really a true release date. Most companies give out the "quarter" of their release dates.

Re: New Oblivion interview
I just finally decided to take a look at those vids. Is getting a erection from a video game a bad thing?http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

Re: New Oblivion interview
Originally posted by APOCSo far, neither Take-Two nor Bethesda have offered reasons for pushing back Oblivion, though given the game's scope, many expected the title may not reach stores in time for holiday shopping.
Obviously, the game was delayed while they removed all the "Hot Mead" code.5WG | Facebook | Twitter | fiftytwoplays

Re: New Oblivion interview
Yes, you can play in third person as well as first and it is you controlling the fighting unlike FF. (though I hated how it was excecuted in Morrowind, I read somewhere that they completely revamped the fighting controls) Wow, can't wait for this one, I have a feeling all my friends aren't gonna leave me alone once I get it until they have gotten an hour or more on it.Comment

Re: New Oblivion interview
No, no multiplayer I am aware of. Though the sheer size and depth of the game should give you over 100 hours easily, if you get into it and if its anything like its predecessors (I know some people who absolutely hate morrowind and for that reason I would suggest renting it before buying [or of course trying the marketplace demo if available])Last edited by vinny; 02-23-2006, 07:39 PM.Comment

Re: New Oblivion interview
I have a question that maybe someone like Flawless could answer...I have a friend who insits the whole map is randomly generated each time you start a new character. I have heard about randomly generated dungeons, but never of the entire world being generated. Anyone know?Comment
