[quote=Kodiak33][quote=jfsolo]This was the only game that was going to make me regret not have a 360 yet, but I tested my PC specs on the Oblivion site, and although its not optimal, its more than adequate to run this game. Especially for someone like me who isn't a hardcore graphics whore.

just curious, what are your specs? I would rather have it for the PC instead just because of easier modding down the road. If it sucks performance-wise, Ill get the 360 one.
If you want to test your PC's ability to run this game go to this site.

Check your system requirements. Can I Run it? Test your specs and rate your gamimg PC.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

My PC is good to go on all counts and by a pretty good margin also. I'm getting it for the 360 though. Thanks for the site though!

Blew the Recommended system out of the water lol

          Athlon64 4000 Dual core
          2GB of PC3200 DDR RAM
          Radeon X800

              For the IGN Insiders...

              Howdy!

Starting at 6pm on Monday, six hours before the official release of Oblivion for the X360, IGN Insider will feature a new true HD "Masterbit" video of the game every hour until midnight. These will be super high quality 1280x720 direct-feed vids, and we promise to make them *spoiler free* so we don't ruin any major plot points or quests for you.

Just check out the Insider channel at 6pm on Monday to see footage of the game that will look nearly as good as when you're playing it on your own HDTV!

Quick question..........I have never played this game before but I must say I am getting interested in it, since I am new to the series would I feel "behind" never playing this game before?

This game has no relation to the other ones. They are making it so that anyone can enjoy it.

My local EB and Gamestop told me there's a slim chance they could have it in tommorrow. But most likely Tuesday is the day for sure. We shall see.

My friend preordered a copy of the collector's edition for the 360. Now all he has to do is buy a 360.
