You can ethier go to someone in the mages guild or a shop that will charge you to recharge your weapon. Or you can buy a Soul Trap spell, and before or during a fight with a creature(not a human), you use the spell on them and you must kill them within a certain amount of time. When they die, you trap their soul and then you can use it to recharge a magic weapon. But before you use the spell, you must have soul gems. The bigger the soul gem, the bigger the creature you can trap.

    So to summarize:

    1 Soul Gem
1 Soul Trap Spell, Scoll or Potion
Use Spell Trap before or during fight.
After creature dies, you will trap his soul inside of Soul Gem
Use Soul Gem to recharge weapon

This is a bitch. You can find one right in her house. Go to the fireplace and look closely, you'll see a secret door. Do this when she goes back to sleep (also an easy target to feed on). At the end of the hall you'll see a table with a bunch of gems in a basket. To the right is a grand sould gem.

Now as for the others. I bought some from some mages guilds.
Choral and....aw hell I can't remember the other one. Don't worry, you'll still have them in your inventory after you 'give' them to her so you can sell them back...for a loss however.

There are a few more in some dungeons.

One is in a place called Crawfish Cave or something just to the south east of her place, it's right off that same river. There's another one in a place just above her house, it's called something like 'Unused Mine', or some kind of mine. You'll find one there. I ended up just buying two.

      Hope this helps!

Unfortunately you're not even close to being done though. She'll give you further instructions after you give her the soul gems. SOrry, but I told ya it was a bitch...

        *****SPOILER******

Have you done any of the 'Grey Fox' yet?

IF not. Talk to any beggar in Imperial City. Get their disposition up to 70. Ask them about the Grey Fox. Tell them you want to work with him. They'll tell you to meet someone at midnight just outside the city (it will show up on your map if you select the quest)

Once there, again get the disposition of the dude with the torch up to 70. Tell him you want to join the THieves Guild. He'll issue a 'contest' between you and two others. Do it if you want, but you don't have too. It's REALLY easy though so I did it. RIGHT when the others take off, you'll have the option to buy a lockpick from him for 5gp. There is NO limit. So buy a bunch of them and haul *** to another beggar (there is one right behind you sleeping) and he'll tell you where to go. Run there and get the diary.

If not you can still just load up on picks and go do your thing either way.

If you are good with a lockpick you can get into the Chorrol Mages guild and pick one of the display cases for two more. Should be two more in the Arcane University, One in the mages quarters and one in the Arch Mages Tower.

You won't be thanking me later! Good luck man, I'm glad I'm done.

The good news. If you EVER become a vampire again you won't have to jump through these hoops.

I let the female steal the diary and broke in her house the next morning when she was asleep (between 6 am-12pm) and stole out of her chest. I then went to a hotel in imperial city and slept til it was time to meet the guy back at midnite.
