To start that mission you just have to go into her house and talk to her. The waiting outside part comes after.

Can someone explain to me how persuasion works? I have read the manual but here is what i don't get:

I pick the quadrant and look at the reaction of the persons face. I pick the quadrant with the most 'filling' and his dispositon goes up. But you can only select the quadrant once before you get a negative reaction. At that point the disposition goes from increased to very low. Any tips?

there's Great Good Not-Good Bad as the 4. You want to try and get the biggest "pie piece" you can for the good and great ones, and the smallest for the Not-Good and Bad ones. Disposition goes up for the good ones, and down for the bad ones, with the amount dependent on the size of the pie for each. Does that help at all? You pick each area once, trying to get a global "up" when you take your positives and subtract the negatives.

Anyone have any tips with finding Quill weaves house, does she hang around in another spot around town at a certain time..It seems like she never comes out of her house. And it is locked which is odd, i have the quest so it should be open

No, I felt HORRIBLE. I tried to talk to him, but he just kept begging for it. Just goes to show what good job they did with the characters in this game.

Thanks. So it is normail to expect 2 negative but you are trying to minimize the negatives. Does that sound correct?
