I cant even find the bad lady

I have:

Sat infront of her house for 2 oblivion days
Sat in a bush inback of the yard ( rat ladys yard) for 2 whole nights

Not with like 95 strength and a feather spell to reduce the burden to almost nothing. Since your burden directly relates to how quickly you can move, upping the strength and dropping the burden will make you run as fast with the armor on as you would without it. NOTHING compared to my Vampire thief, who hauls *** faster than I can see half the time...that guy has an 80+ speed and agility with almost no burden...and he's only level 7. By the time he's in his teens, he'll be running at mach 5.

I hope that it doesn't start causing you problems. I had a high level Morrowind charachter that had 100 speed. I enchancted a few items to make him faster and then became a vampire. When his speed got up to about 140 or 150 he started falling through the ground to the "Bottom of the world".

Ok i should be ok, the damn lady finally came out

EDIT: She is walking all over town...and when she gets in the backyard she just stands there for 10 seconds then leaves

I had a quest get fudged up one time. It was a mages guild reccommendation quest at that. I had to get this guy named Ethor to come back to the mages guild so they told me to find him in a cave. I went to the cave, my weapon broke so I left, quick traveled to the city to get it repaired, came back and killed everything but the guy kept insisting that I kill all the creatures before he leaves. I searched the entire place for 2 hours and not one creature remained. I ended up having to lose 10 hours going back to a save point.

Lesson: create multiple saves. Lots of them.

After ranking up in the fighters guild i have a question

I went back to talk to Azz ( or w/e) and he wasnt in the house..So my guess was i have to do another thing for the fighters guild

Which is something with "maelona" but i cannt find her

any suggestions thanks

Can somebody explain the level scaling problem to me? I've read 3 threads over there and still dont get it.
