Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
I'm just curious as to why there hasn't been another Elder Scrolls game announced. I know it sold well and tons of people buy them so why haven't I heard anything about a new elder scrolls gameComment

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
You know, this was my first game for the 360, and I ended up trading it back in around late 06 or 07. I remembered feeling that while I enojoyed the game, it just wasn't what I thought it would be (probably because I sucked at the combat and never got around to the magick system).
This summer rolls around and Steam puts the GOTT edition on sale for $8.50 and I say what the heck. After letting it simmer for over a month, I finally started playing it again this past Friday and I had truly forgotten the enjoyment had from wandering around and questing. Just a great Rpg experience for me, and my second dungeon stop got me bitten by a vampire.
Also, mods are awesome.Comment

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
Having to do a clean install. Been trying to continue from an old save and it's all screwed up. So many mods and crap I don't even know where to begin, so just gonna start all over.PS: You guys are great.

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
I love ME2 and it would be at or near the top of my list of games in general, but in terms of it's RPG elements, it wouldn't even be on my list.
It's more action/FPS than RPG. Aside from attributes, they pretty much removed the bulk of RPG elements from ME1.
Certainly nothing wrong with your list though...all great games.
EDIT: I still have my 360 copy of Oblivion, but I'm thinking of picking it up for the PC. With all the mods out there, it will essentially be like playing a new game.

My game keeps crashing, I blame it on the werewolf mod I installed.Comment

Re: Official Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Discussion
Seems every time I exit it says "Oblivion has stopped working" and I've had it happen twice where I walked to a certain spot and my whole screen goes black.Comment
