Care to post what major skills you selected, what sign, etc.? I am just curious.

You wait inside during the day, and just come out at night. To eat, you sneak in to their house, and sneak up to them, like you are going to pickpocket them, and it has a "Feed" option.

lol yeah u gotta go to like an inn or a cave or something, and u can do a "fast wait" or sleep in the inn to make the time pass... and then make sure it's REAAAAAAAL late at night, like... maybe midnight or 1 am.. so then you know for sure whoever's home will be sleeping on the bed. Just sneak into someone's bedroom (or someone's bed roll if u find a bum somewhere) and make sure they are sleeping... walk up to them, and press the action button... you'll have 1 of 2 choices... if ur sneaking, it'll either say "FEED/PICKPOCKET" as the choices or if ur walking regular, it'll say "FEED/TALK".. choose feed and he'll go into a blood sucking animation (u don't really see him do nothing but bend over but u can assume he's sinking his teeth into the victim's neck) and then thas it... hunger is down, and u can travel during the day (some vampire attributes disappear like being able to carry a little bit more and the spell "vampire's seduction".

Not at all, I was a Theif, born under the sign of a Theif or something. I can't recall... if I get on tonight, I'll let you know... but I'm an Imperial if you cared to know, lol.

anyone have a clue where I can get an Elven Bow easily? Some archery trainer wants me to bring her one before she'll train me, and I don't know if it's more quests or if she'll just let me pay...my bows are all better than the Elven, and i ran to a bunch of shops and haven't seen any around. I might have to just keep questing otherwise and wait till someone drops one, but didn't know if there was somewhere good to buy that.

some bandit archers in caves usually carry elven bows.. just look for the bandits late at night that wear all the elven stuff, they usually have elven bows on em.

yeah, i frickin know...i had elven bows coming out my *** a while ago, but now i've got enchanted ones and an ebony one, and elven bows aren't worth a whole lot. I'll find one, was just hoping to buy one easily, from the stores i went to it looks like they're more just looted.

Last night I got my own house in Anvil (jeez, can't a guy wake up from his sleep in peace? lol), and ran a bunch of side quests....the one for the Countess who wanted an artifact was really long and fun. I was looking through my list and there's one I can't complete because since i got the quest I had to kill the giver lol

I'm using a Khajit born under the Thief sign, using the acrobat template I think...looking back I'd get rid of speechcraft and athletics/sneak (can't remember which is there) from my mains and run with a few magic areas as support (healing, whatever)

anyone here use a massive warrior type guy? just wondering how it is winging around a massive axe...I've only used a bow/dagger and a mage type guy, so i try to slash and run if i am in close combat and can't back away to fire arrows

I don't have an axe, but I do have the Ebony Claymore which is real heavy. Uses a lot of fatigue, but does a nice job. What's great is going into a Mythic Dawn lair and just slicing through 4-5 guys at a time and seeing them fall all around me.

I play as a Nord who uses blunt weapons, usually not axes though. For 1 on 1 combat I use a Warhammer, which is slow as hell but deals out a decent amount of damage. For multiple enemies, I use a 1 handed mace because it's quicker and I can use a Shield with it.

I think the Battle Axe is just below the Warhammer in terms of damage, but is a little quicker. If you're used to using a dagger, it's gonna be a pretty big adjustment switching to blunt weapons.

I'm also going with a Nord swinging a warhammer. Same deal as mentioned above, my backup weapon is a one handed mace for speed and shield use.

It's very satisfying to get that killing warhammer strike in and seeing your enemy go flying, specially with an enchanted warhammer where they really fly.

sweet...might roll one of those to run instead of a mage, since i've all ready done ranged attacks more. I love having all these options
