quick question for those who know..

how do you unlock other parts of each city? I've unlocked a few districts in each city along the way but i'm not sure how i did it and just want a head's up as to the method to unlock each district in the cities...

They're unlocked as you complete assassinations....not anything you control

I agree, but I guess they wanted a Quantum Leap effect. Wherein, he looks and sounds exactly like Altair to everyone BUT him.

          Re: Assassin's Creed

I played this last night after taking a long break from it to play some Uncharted, Mass Effect and Rock Band and I was getting my butt kicked! My counter-attack timing was shot and I forgot all the controls! lol. Just before I had initially stopped playing I had the combat and controls down perfect and I could look like a total bad-*** taking on a bunch of guys at once. Looks like I need to practice again

Think I will keep playing and beat the game, since I still have a few assassinations to go.

I'm disappointed there's no option to play at a more difficult level after completing the game.

I picked this up sunday, and have beem playing non-stop since. This game is great, I dont understand why people are dogging on this title. The interaction is great, the story line is great, and there is nothing more fun then jumping from building to building. anyone on the fence, I say pick this one up for 37 bucks at best buy this week.

@ $37 this is a deal, but I don't really think it was worth the $60. I still need to get back to the game so I can finish it up.

Well it can't be anything too mind blowing, cause I have played the past two days and haven't noticed anything different...

Don't have the game, but from what I read the patch enables V-sync, so you shouldn't see much screen tearing or really none anymore.

Those that completed the game, once the game is finished can you go back to roam the different cities and collect flags/kill the remaining Templars or do you have to restart?

yeah you can go back and collect flags/kill templars, it is probably difficult to find them all I've been debating trying to go back & try this.

This game is awesome. Watching my brother-in-law playing. My wifey just got it for me and I'm going to play the heck out of it. I just wish I had a second HDTV. For a starting, I really think it was pretty solid. Are there plans on them having a second one in the future? I could definitely see an AC in the future. Would be sweet. About to read this thread to see what everyone else is saying.......
