I found this on IGN and sorry if it's been posted yet, but it's the mockup for the 360 guitar.

That's not a mockup, that is the guitar. It's wired.

And no, I haven't tried the wirless guitar for the PS2.

Well Guys.................for those that were calling Test Drive Unlimited crack.....I think that Guitar Hero is Digital Crack. I spent 3.5 hours last night playing this game. I'm playing on easy right now trying to get adjusted with the gameplay. It was well worth the purchase.

Well Guys.................for those that were calling Test Drive Unlimited crack.....I think that Guitar Hero is Digital Crack. I spent 3.5 hours last night playing this game. I'm playing on easy right now trying to get adjusted with the gameplay. It was well worth the purchase.

And once you get off easy, and bump it up, that's when the game gets really fun. Since you can only do like 12 songs on easy.

I'm still playing Bully.

I'm still 50/50 on Splinter Cell.

JLH from what I'm hearing is really bad, so I'm staying away and waiting for Marvel next week.

I didn't go to bed last night till around 1:30, when I woke up at 7 this morning to go to work, did I feel the pain. It was well worth it playing GH, very very fun game.

Just an update from the guy who was struggling to get past BATM on Medium a few weeks ago....

I'm up to Frankenstein on Hard. And it is. The solo is insane (well, the whole song is a solo, but you know what I mean...). I knew BATM and CFH were going to be tough from videos I watched on Youtube, but Frankie got me by surprise after blowing through it on Medium. This one's gonna take awhile.

I also went back and 5*'d everything on easy (after playing through hard, that was cake), and everything on Medium save for No One Freakin' Knows (just 4 stars on that one, still...) and the last 5 songs. By some miracle I 4'd Godzilla, Flood, and amazingly CFH, but BATM is still keeping me on 3.

This game is indeed digital crack.

I would love for Soundgarden's Jesus Christ Pose to be on GH3 or the 360 version. That would be on hard song to play.

Well, I guess everyone is getting into this game again. That's great!!!

I did beat the game in August (on Expert), but there are actually some Bonus Tracks that I have NOT been able to beat, surprisingly. I haven't five-starred everything, either. I just... passed every song.

November 7th can't come any slower!!!

I feel like I got into the game kind of late, almost one year later is too late. I would play the game at Best Buy all the time over the last year, but always felt like spending $70 was too much on this thing until this past week. Well worth it.

What prompted me to go out and get it (albeit late - I've only had the game for going on about a month now) was the fact that the sequel was on the near horizon, and that the guitar for the first one could be used to play the second. I'll probably just buy the game itself when it drops in November, without the new guitar (they DO sell the game standalone, right?)

I never dreamed I'd be as into this game as I am. I did manage to pass Frankie on Hard, and, again, got through Cowboys from Hell much quicker than I thought I would. So here I am, back on Bark at the Moon again, only this time on Hard....Hoo boy.

I also took a crack at Expert and am up to Sharp-Dressed Man....could've passed it last time I played it, but I screwed up and failed right near the end of the song. I can see myself getting through a good chunk of expert before beating BATM on Hard.

I forget what CFH and BATM are like on Hard, but I remember beating BATM in two tries, and CFH took forever. Same exact thing on Expert... beat BATM on the second try.


I don't know why, but I tend to consider BATM (at least with its riffs) easier than CFH, though it's much faster and complex. I think it may have to do with my gaining Star Power much easier on BATM than on CFH, so the solo can be mastered a little more easily.
