The ten new songs, all of which are unlockable in career mode, are not cheap additions as some might have feared. Among the stellar new tracks are "Billion Dollar Babies" by Alice Cooper, "Dead!" by My Chemical Romance, "Hush" by Deep Purple, "Life Wasted" by Pearl Jam, "Rock 'n' Roll Hoochie Koo" by Rick Derringer, "Possum Kingdom" by Toadies, "Salvation" by Rancid and "The Trooper" by Iron Maiden.
I'm currently stuck on Free Bird on Expert. Holy crap that song is hard when it gets going!!!Comment

Re: Guitar Hero 2
GH2 for the PS2 here is $89.99 so I expect GH2 for the 360 to be the same.
With taxes included, this game will cost over $100. I've never tried GH before but this is the game I'm looking foward to the most in the first half of 07.
I hope the guitar is wireless and not the wired one's we are seeing in the demos.Comment

Re: Guitar Hero 2
I haven't heard anything to indicate GH2 for the 360 would be priced higher than the PS2 version. Do you have a link that shows it will be $89.99 for the US and is this price just based on pure speculation?Comment

Re: Guitar Hero 2
I don't understand why the guitar wouldn't be wireless for the 360. I sure hope the game doesn't ship with a wired controller and then 2 months later a wireless one comes out for the 360.

The guitar probably won't ever be wireless... MS does not give out their wireless info to anyone who's not first party, hence the wired guitar.Comment
