So does the game get harder? One review said it did a good job of having a steep increase in difficulty after the first level, it sounds like that might be true. I can't wait to get on and play some co-op.

Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
Some areas got the game already while others are having to wait until Thursday thanks to a screw up on Activisions part(shipping related). In the meantime, keep the impressions coming so I can decide if I want this or not.S.O.S Crew

Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
How does the co-op work, can you switch to any of the guys currently not being controlled or do you pick one guy and play with them the entire time? Did you guys get crushed because the 2 CPU controller guys sucked or was it pretty much all 4 of your group members?Comment

Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
We had 2 guys, and could switch back and forth between any of the 4. The AI on your team is actually realy good IMO. We just died because we had the wrong combo of guys.Comment

Thanks for answering my questions, this will be the first non-sports game I've gotten in quite a while, I'm looking forward to it.
I thought I read on the TXB review that all players could save the results of online co-ops? Did you do the competitive game or just the regular co-op?Comment

Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
shipped from gamefly yesterday. we'll see if I get it by the weekend. I doubt it though. One of the reasons I'll cancel them after this month. the week turnaround time is too much. I get my blockbuster movies with a 2 day turnaround. of course that's because the warehouse is here."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell

Re: Marvel: Ultimate Alliance
The more that I play this game the more that I like it. You can really feel everyone's abilities as some characters are not powerful enough to break barrels in one punch or even takes multiple hits to damage an enemy. So far the characters feel very balanced.
I also like that the levels/maps are fairly lengthy.
The storyline so far has been entertaining and keeping things very interesting.
Has anyone tried the codes yet for SS and DD?
This game has that similar feel that the original X-Men did in the arcades. Now that would be an awesome game to bring over to XBLA.Comment

I used both codes, both worked fine. Daredevil is fun to use once you get at least 3 of his powers unlocked. I was using him and Human Torch online last night. Combining the Fantastic Four was fun as well.Comment
