The AI for your teammates is pretty bad - but so is the enemy AI. I can't tell you how many times I've walked around a corner right into an enemy, only to have them stare at me and do nothing, or just stay pressed up against a wall and not even notice. Even while I'm killing the guy right beside him.

It's really, really bad sometimes. That last boss - he's so easy because he walks up to the thing you hide behind right when you enter that area of the train - and then he just walks back and forth - it takes him a while to realize he can actually walk around it - and then you can just jump it and run to the other side, and then it takes him forever to realize he can walk that way too.

Sometimes it's quite frustrating.

I hear ya. It's a good game, but nowhere near the 10/10 scores it's getting on various review sites. It's an incredible rush the first time through the single player campaign, but it kinda starts to lose it's luster after that. In my second play through, I'm really starting to notice the game's flaws. The multiplayer options are too limited as well IMO. Still gonna hang onto the game though, as I'm curious about the DLC.

To me, the only way to play the single player in this game is over co-op. Me and a friend just reached act 5. I haven't even tried the SP out without doing it in co-op. This is still the best game bar none that I've ever played and I'd love to see some of the innovations make their way into other games. I love the reloading and would love to see that in every single game I play from now on. I've noticed myself hitting the bumper button in R6 and COD3 while reloading.

Is there any secret to avoiding the bats? I think I am on Stage 2, and I am stuck at the checkpoint where after killing some guys, the bats attack you as you move on killing you instantly. Anyone else encounter this? I would appreciate any help or tips. Thanks.

Shoot the propane tanks. They blow up and give you light. Stay in the light and you'll be fine. Some of the tanks are hidden under rubble, which you have to shoot to uncover the tanks. Hope this helps.

This is still the best game bar none that I've ever played and I'd love to see some of the innovations make their way into other games. I love the reloading and would love to see that in every single game I play from now on. I've noticed myself hitting the bumper button in R6 and COD3 while reloading.

I agree Dave. My only complaints with the game are the communicating problems when you joining a game in progress, and the absense of some multiplayer staples such as Capture The Flag and Deathmatch with respawning. I haven't even tried the single player yet. Although I put $15 down on R6LV the demo so unimpressed me, that I have decided not to pick it up.

I'm pretty sure your character even tells you to shoot all the propane tanks, there's a couple sentences explaining it. You need to really pay attention to what you or your team says at times, because it explains what you need to do.

Really? I had no interest in Vegas until I played the demo, now I MUST have it.

He does, and I have been shooting them. It seems like after I shoot one and move on, they follow me, and mess me up. I guess I will stay close to it, and try to work it out. Thanks though, I will try it when I get home tonight.

One of the guys online was particularly adept with the shotgun. I have a feeling he's mastered the perfect reload which gave him a tremendous power boost. He also was able to get off shots very quickly.

This game rocks, but I thought Megadeth did the soundtrack for it? I am about an hour in it and so far no Megadeth.
