I'm backing up my save with this game regularly. If my PS3 (knock on wood) would decide to crap out, this is the ONE save I wouldn't want to miss. I've put too much time and customization into my little Harbinger of War from the Vault.

Re: Fallout 3
Does anyone know the name and location of the place that gives you the quest to kidnapp people? They gave you some kind of gun to do it. Did you kindnap kids or adults? I am on my 2nd play through and I found the Empire of Dave(whatever its called) and thought I had remember there is a task to kidnap the kidsComment

Re: Fallout 3
I'm really late to the party.....
Damn what a great game!! Off of my brother's repeated endorsements, I picked up Fallout 3 and the "Into the Pitt" expansion at Gamestop for about 40 bucks.
I'm addicted to this game. Started last week and already 20 hours of play in. There is just sooooooooo much to do. I feel like I'm just getting started.
And for what its worth....the level of coolness of hearing creepy yet cool 1940s era music while creeping through a dark tunnel with giant ants and scorpions coming after you is pretty freaking high.
Such a great experience. Well worth 40 bucks and I plan on buying all of the other expansions as well.
The world is just so vast and beautiful in a "destroyed scorched earth" kind of way. I also love how weapons are crude, break, etc.
Awesome!Comment

Re: Fallout 3
Couldn't you have picked up a GOTY edition for $40 used to $50 new? That comes with all 5 expansion packs including Broken Steel which ups the level cap to 30, increases the main story line and adds a whole bunch of super enemies. Point Lookout is another great add on. The other 2 are not so much.Through music, you can live forever...TEAMS: San Diego Chargers, San Diego Padres, Notre Dame Fighting IrishComment

SpoilerCorrect and the quest is called Strictly Business. I forget his name but the Black guy will give it to, he usually stands guard near the entrance of Paradise Falls.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment

Re: Fallout 3
I know I'm wayyyy late to this party but after getting a 360 again I just had to get this so I picked up the GOTY (with all DLC on it woooo).
Not a big RPG fan but this game seems like much more than that...I'm sure I will love it.
Thank God my nights off from work are coming up....goodbye free time lol.Patrick Mahomes > GodComment

Re: Fallout 3
I've logged 68 hours in this game so far....68. That is easily the longest amount of time I've ever spent playing a non sports game.
I find myself having to force myself to stop playing. This game is so completely engrossing that it's like crack.
Downloaded Broken Steel and Point Lookout yesterday and I'm still working on the main quest as well...with close to 70 hours put in.
In this economy, I'd say this is the most enjoyment I've ever gotten out of...what is it so far? 50 bucks I've spent on Fallout and add ons.
You also can't go wrong with Liam Neeson and Malcolm McDowell in your game.AUBURN TIGERS

Re: Fallout 3
Ok I got the memsmerator(whatever its called), but how do I put a collar on. I got people mesmerized and they just go pyscho on the others around us. That, or their head just explodes.
Also, I went to Tennypenny Tower to find the lady they want from there. Any idea where she is located?Comment

For those who are still playing Fallout and never explored all of the Buildings that were not quest related, Go check out the Dunwich Building. I do not want to ruin the suprise of the building but I will say this, It is unlike any building in the the Capital Wastelands.
I Suggest playing it at night with the Lights Off
SpoilerIf you know what Im talking about, the first time I went it there was one of the creepiest moments I have ever had playing a video game. I went into it not knowing anything about the building so it really was a scary. My dog's butt smells like cookiesComment

Wait til they are alone and then zap them. Then when they are zapped tell them to put the slave collar one. The key thing is to make sure no one else is around or everyone will turn on you.
The lady in Tenpenny has a pentouse on the very top floor. Go up there during night and she should be sleeping in her room. So all you do is go into her room, wake her up and zap her. Once you find her it is easy.Ohio State - Reds - Bengals - Blackhawks - BullsComment
