Wait til they are alone and then zap them. Then when they are zapped tell them to put the slave collar one. The key thing is to make sure no one else is around or everyone will turn on you.

The lady in Tenpenny has a pentouse on the very top floor. Go up there during night and she should be sleeping in her room. So all you do is go into her room, wake her up and zap her. Once you find her it is easy. [/SPOILER]

Ok I'm stupid. I got the device to work.

But I still can't find the lady. I went up the elevator to the suites, looked all around. I figure I am just missing her. Even went at night uhggg

She is up there just have to wait. Top floor in one of the suites. How many nights have you waited? Is she showing up at all on your in-game map?

Well I beat the main quest yesterday...74 hours in. Friggin' sweet final quest too.

Now I'm starting on "Into the Pitt" as well as Point Lookout and Broken Steel.

This is a game I don't want to stop playing...even after beating the main mission. I just want to keep going and going.

I think I'm an addict. I have about 20 other games I need to play, but all I want to do is play Fallout.

I tried to get in all of the expansions before BC2 and The show came out, I didn't so Im somewhere in the middle of Broken Steel. I want to complete the expansions before New Vegas comes out, but im prob going to have to wait until BC2 gets boring which wont be for some time.

Isn't it great when a game just sucks you in like that?

I'm embarrassed to say I bought this off of Craigslist about 4-5 months ago and haven't even cracked it open. I need to get going on it before I'm buried with a bunch of other new games I'll want to play right away.

I never understood how people can get a new guy and not play it right away lol. Whenever I get a new game that excitement of putting it in the PS3 and loading it up right away is almost as good as the actual game lol.

Only played for a couple of hours...just entered Megaton.

I'm already totally engrossed...can see why this is considered such an epic game.

Time to play some more......

Megaton is just this beginning. The Capital Wasteland is massive. Have fun this is an amazing game.

I need to play this game again. I've beat it twice. I don't think I've looked at everything in the game, and don't even get me started on the expansions.

Actually - I never beat Point Lookout. Time to get back into it with a new character.

Yeah I've been meaning to play through but need to play through and finish Dragon Age first. Looking forward to going back to the Wasteland.

For those who are still playing Fallout and never explored all of the Buildings that were not quest related, Go check out the Dunwich Building. I do not want to ruin the suprise of the building but I will say this, It is unlike any building in the the Capital Wastelands.

I Suggest playing it at night with the Lights Off

If you know what Im talking about, the first time I went it there was one of the creepiest moments I have ever had playing a video game. I went into it not knowing anything about the building so it really was a scary.

Cusefan, I checked out the Dunwich building last night and it was very creppy,

I've been playing this game a lot lately which is amazing because I just bought the Show last week yet I'm still playing this more.
