I really like this game.

To me it feels more like halo 1 than halo 2...

halo 2 everyone ran around with dual wields...

dual wields arent nearly as important, and i had a soft spot for the assault rifle.


i like the equipment. already used the bubble shield to stay alive.


i dont like the snow level.



the sound is incredible, especially the gunfire from the distance.


I like the new offense/defense terrortories


i HATE HATE HATE HATE the d-pad to talk

feels like you cant jump as high, but i feel i can run a little faster


love the four wheeler... had some great flag captures with it earlier.



longhorn needs to pratice... he's not very good

wow, this is a lot of fun. period. Much more fun online than Halo 2

I think this game is much different and better than Halo 2. In Halo 2 it was all about grabbing dual wields and was fast paced game. Halo 3 has less weapons to dual wield, plus there is tons of Battle Rifles and Carbines over the map. Oh, and Longhorn, Ohios, and me on one team is fun.

Wow, so it's not that good at all?

Don't listen to EG. He's in the midst of a PS3 - MLB The Show love fest, and every game not called MLB the Show on PS3 is crap to him right now.

If you like shooters Dookie, you'll enjoy this game. I sucked at Halo 2, so that kind of hampered my enjoyment of it. This game? It isn't hard at all to pick up and play - and I love the fact that you can party up the way you can. I still have no clue why other companies who make FPS's don't copy this.

Anyway, I'd give it a try if I were you, even if you just go out and rent Crackdown. It's one of those "damn, 3 hours went by?" kind of games.

i just realized i havent dual wielded anything yet either. i do wanna try dual wielding those 2 spiker guns though. those seemed to kill me almost instantly

yup i like dual wielding being minimized...

and yes dual wielding spikers are a pretty good combo

Spikers + anything is good.

Spikers + Plasma rifle is the best.

the crouch button doesnt seem to work well for me...

Sorry guys, had to bail, the game just kept going.

I'm not a fan of this game. It's Halo 2 all over. Graphics suck, I'm sorry if you think they are good, but it's high res Halo 2. I don't see myself playing this much if at all.
