Re: Gamefly?
I have the same "bad" luck as he does. I will send a game to them on Monday, they get it on Thursday, mail my next game out on Friday and I get it on Wednesday, its really ridiculous, but keep in mind I only have one shipping center on the west coast and thats in LA so Im sure they are hit hard by others as well.Comment

Re: Gamefly?
I got my game from Saturday yesterday with GameFly. Only one game, because every other game on my list is low or medium, and I guess they don't ship those.Comment

Re: Gamefly?
Well, they lost a member because of it. You'd think they would work extra hard on trial members to get them to stay in. Oh well. I've been with NetFlix for a year and a half and their shipping is always 1 day there and 1 day back. Gamefly is averaging 5-6 days each way. Ridiculous.Comment

I live in NC, which is actually serviced by the Pittsburgh mail center. I suppose my post office actually scans the bar code so gamefly sends the next one out faster. I've never had to wait 5 days for a game.Comment

Re: Gamefly?
I see what you're saying, but usually the people using trial memberships got there because of some type of cost promotion. The people paying $20 a month expect the games they list fast, so I guess they probably do care more about long time members if they have to prioritize.

With GameFly, every single big game title is always out, and shipping is embarrassingly slow. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and certainly wouldn't give them any of my money after my experiences with them.Comment

Re: Gamefly?
Gamefly is worth it for a gamer like me, because I can usually get a game I want within a week or two. Then for about the price of a regular game ($66) I can keep two games at once for about 3 months. Since I usually only play a game for a month or two at the most before I would get rid of it, it's perfect for me.Comment

Soccer is the best sport on Earth, but most Americans are too ignorant to realize it. I am American.
