definitely in my top 10, they just need to add more depth for online

If they tighten up the AI with COD 5, this franchise could really take FPS to another level. I think that is one major problem so far, these guys on this game travel in packs due to the way the game is setup............imagine if they had the logic from Gears of War where they worked together based off of you and your teams logic, this game would be even more nuts. When I'm sniping a group of guys, the remaining AI just stands there waiting their turn to get sniped. Imagine the first 2 guys that get sniped, the rest of the troops start running for cover in a situation like this.

The game is excellent! The hard part is that I am trying to balance Ratchet and Clank, COD4, and Uncharted. I went to Ratchet and Clank someones *** before, unfortunately I was playing COD4 at the time!

And that would add so much realism/depth to the game. Right now it seems that the only challenge in the game is the volume of troops thrown against you. COD4 has lots of enemies on the map at any given time which is cool, but I'd still prefer a game with less troops on the map with the exchange being they are smarter and adapt to what you are currently doing.

i couldn't agree more with this assessment. The AI in cod4 is based on quantity instead of quality. as it is, the singleplayer is just amazing, but it could be evn more amazing if they reduce the number of enemies, but increase theur smarts. The only thing I hate is the respawning of enemies. I understand COD series is geared towards aracade shooting, but so is GEARS, and they didnt have respawn enemy points.

I really liked Rainbow Six's AI where they would flank and scatter. It wasn't always perfect, but in Vegas, I felt more concerned about their movement.

I do agree though that this game is in my top 10. It has one of the best endings to a game that I have ever experienced. Especially when comparing this title with the Ghost Recon series and Rainbow Six. Heck, you can even throw in Splinter Cell. Ubi needs to do better with their endings. COD4 ups the standard.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

one thing that has bothered some and myself is respawning of enemies. If you do not run up to a certain area, the enemies keep respawning till you move up. hope that they fix this im COD5.

been trying to get 25 kills with all the weapons I have unlocked. Did it with both shotguns yesterday and actually had a blast with the shot guns. One shot and they are dead. Have to be close. I used the extra stamina perk and was pretty much running around non stop. Sneaking behind people and blasting them in the head!!

One of those light machine guns really sucks though. Don't think I am going to try with that one. Really hate it, it does little damage and is hard to aim.

yeah, this true because of the recoil. you fire a few shots and if you don't hit them, your dead. it does get better when you get the red dot sight. the best LMG is the rpd, imo.

yeah, I found that out the hard way. Have the red dot now so it will be easier. They work pretty good on headquarters when you are trying to take over one. mp5 and m16 are my 2 favorites still.

I agree. I noticed that about half way through. I think a neat feature would be to have someone tell you "We have an estimated 125 enemies on site."
