Adept doesn't have it.Originally posted by BlzerLet me assure you that I am a huge proponent of size, and it greatly matters. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.
If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)Comment

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
Just an FYI, I was able to get the Asari Ally achievement today more easily than I thought. Here's what I did, and this has pretty much been mentioned about the same way on other boards:
- I did as little as I could on the Citadel at the beginning just to get to the mission to get Liara. Once I completed that mission, I went back to the Citadel.
- Did all of the Citadel missions
- Did as many side missions as possible at that point
- Finished Feros
- More side missions that were opened up by Feros
- Finished Noveria
At the end of Noveria is when I got the achievement. I expected it would take me until I was done with Virmire. Hey, no problem getting it sooner. I have almost all of the achievements. Will play this campaign just long enough to get the AI Hacking one. Still need to get the one using Tali, biotic warp, biotic singularity, and 60th level character. Honestly, I'm not sure how much longer I can play this right now. I don't think I've ever played through a game as many times as I have this one. Kind of wearing me out! I want to get all of the achievements in a game for once though. I've never done that.MLB: Cincinnati Reds

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
This is one of those game that people can actually be proud of getting all the achievements. It's long as hell, and have enough variety to make you put lots of hours into it. I've got a few games with all the achievements earned, but only forza and test drive unlimited took me lots and lots of hours to just churn through all the stuff.
I just got this game since I got the 360 back recently, and have 9 hours in it already and I'm still early into the main story. There's just lots of stuff to do.Comment

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
I agree with you. It is worth it and does make one proud because there is just so much to do. I'll keep at it. I may hold off on the 60th level one until down the road (maybe when the next DLC comes out). The others I can get rather easily. This is one of those game that people can actually be proud of getting all the achievements. Re: Mass Effect Discussion
I've beaten the game twice so far
Once I did it is a good male but I kinda rushed through this (my first run-through).
Second time I played through with a badass male and I was more complete, it was a ton of fun
I've waited a bit and I think I've recharged my battery enough to give it another run through. I'm going to play as a chick this time.
Easily my game of the year last year. This game is just a great experience all-around.

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
**** me...
I had 11 hours in this game and got to the part where you fight Benezia. I had to do it a few times and got pissed off from dying, so was mashing buttons to load and get back at it.
oops, my file got deleted. 11 damn hours wasted. Who the **** puts a delete save file button in the load file screen?Comment

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
Man, that sucks. In all honesty, I think I've seen the delete option at that same screen on most games. Just saying. I'd be pissed though too!**** me...

Yeah, Benezia was tough for me the first time as well. What you should do is go to the other side of that big tank that the Rachni queen is in. Benezia can't hit you if you're over there. You can just concentrate on the Asari commandos and geth that come out instead of her added to the mix.MLB: Cincinnati Reds

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
It will be tough to get motivated to recover from this loss. The game is great and all, but I never like going back and doing things again, or having to sit through unskipable cutscenes that play each time you try again after dying. It'll stay in my collection, but I will hold off on this for awhile, as GTA will keep me busy for a bit.
I might have to see if it's possible to have a gamesave loaded for this. I just don't want to start all over again.Comment

Re: Mass Effect Discussion
Trying to pass the time while waiting for the midnight gta release, I took mass effect back up and bought the DLC. I hesitated to buy it before, but after beating it I'd have to say it was worth the 400 points. Not great, but not bad either. I hope they release more.Comment
