I think this stuff is giving us hints at the new gameplay mechanics. I hope so anyway.
It seems you can't magically outrun the police anymore by grabbing floating badges. One, it is hinted at that the police always knows where you are to a certain extent (this would be to overcome a technical issue, but it becomes justified story-wise). You can't outrun them by hiding behind something or just turning a corner. But more than once he switches his clothes which might be a way to make them lose track of you to some extent.
When he needs a car in the fourth chapter he actually punches through the window, grabs the keys then throws the lady out (after hesitating a bit). It sounds like cars won't have their doors simply unlocked anymore. Your character will actually perform a logical animation within the context (he can probably still open every car door, but he'll use a tool to unlock them).
It also sounds like he is going to Russia (saying the pilots at the airport are speaking Russian and he's going wherever they are going). There might be a hint of "credibility" gameplay as well, altho I'm not sure.
To me this is great news, it seems Rockstar is keeping the gameplay intact to a certain aspect but they justify other aspects that broke down the immersion. Can't wait, hopefully what I guessed above is accurate!
