Re: Rock Band 2
Reading between the lines it sounds like they're having more difficulty on the PS3 than the 360 in incorporating the DLC from RB1. Rather than delaying the release, they're releasing the 360 version first in order to beat GH4 into the stores.Comment

I'm pretty sure that is the problem as well. But that's just my opinion.Comment

DLC: http://kotaku.com/397427/rock-band-2-announced
The good news for those who already own Rock Band is that all the songs you've purchases so far will be playable and supported in Rock Band 2. As far as Harmonix is concerned, there's no difference between "Rock Band 1 DLC" and "Rock Band 2 DLC" — we're just releasing awesome songs every week onto the Rock Band platform, all of which are playable by the Rock Band titles that support DLC," says Teasdale. The sequel will offer folks a new way to play the DLC they currently own, however.Rose City 'Til I Die

Re: It's Official, The Who DLC for Rock Band
:
Even if it's edited, it's 100% kickass that they included the live cut of "My Generation" from Live at Leeds along with the two other live tracks. That's been one of my biggest wishes since Rock Band released - more live music.
Definitely getting the whole thing. Hopefully this will be uber-popular and force Daltrey and Townshend to return to the vault and give us more tracks from Who's Next ("Water," "Naked Eye," Bargain," etc) and more cuts from Quadrophenia like "5:15" and "The Real Me."

Re: Rock Band 2
Apparently X-Play may have shown some of the songs for Rock Band 2:- "Panic Attack" - Dream Theater (or Finger Eleven)
- "Chop Suey" - System of a Down
- "Give It Away" - Red Hot Chili Peppers
- "Everlong" - Foo Fighters
- "Kids in America" - Kim Wilde
- "Ace of Spades" - Motorhead
- "Hello There" - Cheap Trick
- "Any Way You Want It" - Journey
- "Pinball Wizard" - The Who
Lookin good, I'm glad GH:WT isn't the only place to play Everlong:

Re: Rock Band 2
In particular, Give it Away should be a great, great bass song, which is under represented a little bit. Plus, I sing the hell out of Chili Peppers and STP, haha! So I'll take a double disc from each of those bands.Comment
