I'm beginning to wonder if they're saving the "variety"/new bands for whenever RBN finally launches so they can launch the Network with a bunch of new artists or something.

I was hoping for some Trans-siberian Orchestra for next week. Would have been a blast to play, and also the seasonal theme seemed spot on. Guess not.

So we will now have 11 songs by Weezer.

I'd say they are more obsessed with Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Spinal Tap, Pearl Jam (Whom is supposed to get their own game).

Don't forget the fact that they already have a song on the RB2 disc, making it 12 songs. I'd say that any band that gets two DLC track packs, especially one that already has an on-disc song, is overkill... for the moment at least. There are plenty of bands out there that deserve at least one song as DLC that I've been waiting for, for a long time.

As for Pearl Jam, I get what you were saying, but they were album releases, one of them being promotional with the actual album's release. Though if they get their own game, that would just be messed up.

Believe me, I love Weezer, but I want the older stuff. I want Blue and Pinkerton tracks. I had no issue with Pearl Jam getting 10, that's an amazing album, but for them to get Backspacer in the game was a farce, out of the other bands that had album releases there were other ones I'd rather see get a second album before Pearl Jam.

I don't think having 12 tracks out of a 1000+ that are available is overkill at the moment.

Anything on RBN is going to be from the bands themselves therefore they can't possibly be saving it because they're not making it.

I think they're obsessed with Dave Grohl specifically. Even if The Beatles game was exportable he'd still be the dominant artist.

Sadly we are still somehow without Hash Pipe and Dope Nose.

D'oh! That's right. I guess I consider it on the "RB2 disc" when I never actually played RB1, just imported the songs.

Im def looking forward to RBN. It looks like our selection of songs is going to get ALOT bigger. Hopefully its as good as Im hoping it will be.

Just did Endless Setlist 2 with a friend on Friday (he wanted the trophies you get for completing on Expert and doing it without pausing!). Took about six and a half hours from start to finish. There were a couple near-fail experiences at the ends but we made it through.
