That damn bull at Mcfarlane's Ranch knocked me on my butt. I like how the bull acts more aggressive than the cows.

The NPC's have alot of life to them. The blacksmith was working during the day, but when I came back at night he went and laid down in his cot.

It took me a while to realize the bodies of dead animals and people leave a small x on the mini map in the corner.

There are rattlers in Chola Springs...also got mauled by a couple of cougars over by the residence that you get the deed for.

Are the wild horses that you "break" any better than the regular ones?

I got bit last night by a rattlesnake too but it slithered away and I couldn't find it to kill it. I could still hear it though.

Honestly this game is like a dream game. Not in the fact it's perfect or anything, but in the fact that this open world with this kind of graphics is what I, and most of us as gamers, all dream of. I really was expecting this game to be cool but, like GTA IV, I wondered how much i'd be a little disappointed in regards to it's limitations. Thankfully however I can see that's not the case at all!

When you first unlock Mexico, after the ferry ride, once you get on your horse to start riding towards the town...the song that plays while you're riding is absolutely perfect and made me feel like I was watching a movie. Absolutely incredible feeling.

Same here, I was expecting GTA IV with a western theme...that is hardly how it is.
One big thing for me is the main character, I actually like being John. In GTA I couldn't stand Nicko(which explains why I liked jumping off buildings so much I guess:wink, it's kind of a big deal considering you have to play as him the entire game.

Seriously...if you are even questioning getting this game do yourself a favor and get it.

its between RIO BRAVO and ARMADILLO. Just west of the big LAKE... zoom in a bit to see the smaller text for RILEY's CHARGE and TWO CROWS. I'm on that visible road right between the two

two more glitches in MP i almost forgot about....i ended my night on getting kicked to dashboard in a free roam session. my buddies night ended the same way in a previous match before he called it a night a little earlier. the other issue in mp free roam is getting booted to single player without any notice in the middle of a session.

thats all the probs ive had...hope they get these wrinkles taken care of. im hoping its just stress on the servers due to a big launch....we'll see. would like to see rockstar address these few things for free roam.

ive logged about 3 hours.. seen about 3 glitches that were more cosmetic than anything else. nothing at all distracting from the gameplay.

BUY THIS GAME

btw, go between TWO CROWS and RILEY's CHARGE for some wolve action.. I felt like oregon trail back in my school days. I took down 7 wolves, a skunk, and three deer in a matter of seconds
