I love those tiny innocuous little details. It's like an Easter Egg, but it isn't.

It's what can make a game great.

Second play through and I'm seeing different side missions!? Don't know how I missed them the first time! Pretty awesome!

I feel like it takes 3-4 play-throughs to finally see everything, though as I posted recently I was still seeing new things in my 6-7th play-throughs.

This is what makes a game have sustained playability! I remembered the main story but some of the side missions are new.

By the way, I was riding thru the desert when all of a sudden my horse collapsed and I fell off. I saw a rattlesnake slithering away. Turns out the horse got bit!!

              Re: Red Dead Redemption

I'm in Blackwater and I have a really positive reputation. People know me for my good deeds. Unfortunately, a few days ago I was in Tall Trees and honestly mistook a woman grieving over her dead husband to be a bobcat. I put a bullet in her back. Small setback, for my reputation is otherwise stellar.

Numerous days later, I wander upon the Pacific Railroad Company and overhear someone say, "I heard John Marsten shot an woman in the back."

Impressive to me because dialogue derived from the main storyline seems understandable. But for a game to acknowledge a random act by a guy who'd normally be well received by random NPC's... that was pretty good.

This game is so legendary that we are not only posting and playing this game almost 5 years later but still finding new things!

Stop it you guys, I miss this game so much. I do still have my 360 in case I want to throw it in there, but I would absolutely kill for a PS4 version of this/a sequel.

I said it before and I'll say it again, if we can get a second Red Dead and a second LA Noire, I think I'd faint in happiness.

I know that LA Noire was a polarizing game in the community but I loved it. Would totally welcome a sequel.

We're already getting GTAV, now I NEED RDR & LA Noire! Throw in GTA Vice City (the Miami vice one) and I'm set for life!

I was relatively far away and she was wearing earth tones, leaning over a dead body.

Also, in Tall Trees, I have a strict shoot first and ask questions later policy.
