If the stock market changes once online starts, would it be wise for everyone in the OS crew to invest in one stock and try to lower the other stocks?

I don't want to do anything else but play this game.

Just spent $2,000 on a car and whenever I went to drive it into my garage, they forced me into a mission and I lost the car.

I believe you can pick it up at the inpound lot.
And by pick it up I mean legally pay the fee to the nice man at the gate and nnnooootttt jump over the fence,steal it and knock the fence over on the way out.

That happened to me and my bugatti (adder). I drove it to a mission and once it started it was gone. I put a lot of money into it too with armor, wheels, suspension, etc

Rookie mistake. GTA 101 - Never drive a car you want to keep to a mission.

Just reading this thread gets me anxious to get home and play. I need this next big Heist to get everyone's funds back up

Michael and Trevor both have about 20k right now and Franklin has about 7k. Do any businesses generate money without working a mission for them ? Curious about the airfield I purchased. I haven't been back since I got to the City.

Every property adds funds to you on a weekly basis. You see the amount that you'll earn before you confirm the purchase. You don't have to go pick it up like in SA. You just get an email confirming the deposit. Only one of my properties that I've come across has cash missions tied to it. The others have periodic maintenance missions. But the maintenance is not nearly as intrusive as man dates in IV were.

Can you take a pic of the garage location on the map when you pause?? im having a hard time and i guess im just plain stupid and dont know about these garages.

had multiple cars ive customized just disappear.

I've read that it's a glitch that people keep losing their cars that Rockstar is trying to fix. I really want to spend some money on a car (I have over 1 million with each of the 3 characters now thanks to the stock market), but I'm nervous about dropping 1 mil on a car and losing it.



Interesting. I found my first note this morning but didn't recognize anything about it from other parts of the game.

Sidenote: Has anyone seen the weird hippy thing in the hills that's like begging aliens to come save them or something bizarre like that? I jumped over to Trevor yesterday and found him standing on top of this bizarre hill.

It's based on a real place out here near the Salton Sea.

It's called Salvation Mountain, in reality it's praising god, in GTAV it's praising aliens lol.

Just google search Salvation Mountain (I've been out there so I drove by it), looks pretty well represented in GTAV as an homage to aliens.

I gotta say, I'm an idiot.

Yesterday I did the first heist and the assassinations. Got Michael up to 1.6 mil, Franklin 650k and Trevor 400k.

After 12 hours of playing like MC Hammer, they are all completely broke. Michael has 12$, Franklin 0$ (amazing), and Trevor is filthy rich with 54$.

Time to start playing missions again.


But hey, they all have nice cars.

That's a lot of ****ing money. I didn't get anywhere near that after the first Heist.

Michael had maybe 150k and Trevor only had about 30k. That's insane.

I guess I should have saved money and waited after the assasination missions and I could have made bank from the stock market.

Wish I could figure the market out too.. Haven't invested in anything really.

That's interesting. I had to buy it with Franklin and now whenever I switch to Trevor and Michael they automatically have one as well.
