Thank God the MGS HD bundle comes out Tuesday. There is no way I would survive the next five days waiting for Skyrim without something to fill that void.

I'll be good Tuesday when MW3 comes out, that help with the wait until Friday, but making till Tuesday is tough. If i can make it till tomorrow night when my Eagles play the Bears, I think I"ll be able to survive until Friday.

Good lord I want this game. So bad. I just know that I don't need to spend money on another game. Just picked up Dark Souls, Battlefield 3 and UC3 Collector's Edition last week. Arkham City a couple weeks before that. So much going on.

I wish I would have done the smart thing and preordered and paid for all these games when there were no good games coming out over the Summer. Lesson learned.

I will be at my Gamestop at like 10 oclock. lol. I have off Thursday and Friday.

I get the strategy guide as well, I dont use it though. More of a collecter thing than an actual used item. I have the Oblivion, Elder Scrolls, Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas one as well. Even have a Final Fantasy 7 one.

The commercial this weekend has gotten me pumped for this game. I have never played any of the games like this, but looking forward to getting into it.

I finally installed this over the weekend. (Took me all of 3+ hours to do) I must say the mods make Morrowind look gorgeous. The character models, (clothings and faces) are better than or on par with Oblivion. The texture and shaders they added to the game makes it look like a brand new game. The detail in the shubbery, trees and grass wherever you go is superb. And OMG, the water is crystal clear with reflections from the sky and distant land. The dynamic lighting, all the way from the flames of your torch to the dark, creepiness of a cave is 10x better than the original. The creature models have been updated plus new voices, animations and details have been added. Just look at the vid for proof.

I got back into the game and played about a good 5 hours worth. Made it to Balmora, joined a few crews and went about the the dense forest in awe. Morrowind made me remember why I prefered it over Oblivion. That was because it was more indepth, had better regional disparity in terms of the landscape and the game didn't cut corners like Oblivion did with quick travel. If you needed to get somewhere, you had to find it....and it was easy to get lost. I also prefer the NPC interactions of Morrowind as each person had more to say(even if they served no purpose) but it gave you a sense that you needed to speak to everybody. Unlike Oblivion when a simple one liner from a non-important NPC let you know that the NPC didn't play any significant role.

But all is not good in Morrowind land. The mod has glitches of all kinds. Graphical, game crashing and framerate issues. And although some animations were added, the game still moves as stiff as a PS1 game. But if you played and enjoyed the orginal then that shouldn't bother you. The gameplay is where its at. So if you're a huge fan of Morrowind, you owe it to yourself to try this.

Am I missing something because I havent seen a spec of actually gameplay footage of this game anywhere. Even the comercial shows no game footage.

I've avoided watching those vids for months but you'd have to try pretty hard to not run into one somewhere. I know they've been posted in this thread more then a few times. Do a search for the E3 gameplay video, or maybe somebody will post it again for you.

There's a crap load of videos out for this game gameplay wise. I would do what the other poster said and look up the E3 demo gameplay vid. That's all you need. Lol.
