This game is so much fun. It's been awhile since I played the first one but it seems a little tougher. On PC the game looks fantastic and I don't even have that great of a video card. Already can't wait for the weekend. Trying to get as much time with it as I can when not at work.

I spread this tip around my FL but figured I'd spread the word here too:

If you haven't signed up for the Gearbox Software Shift through the Extras menu, do so. A day later I got an extra Golden Key delivered to my inventory for doing so.

I'm currently running two different characters, one for co-op and one for solo.

For solo I'm using Zero. I love to snipe in games like Call of Duty and Gears of War and I did a lot of it in BL1, so I figured I'd do it again and I'm happy I did. I'm a level 10 and I put most of my skill points in the left side (4 in Critical hit and 1 in Zoom). I also was given a blue grade sniper rifle by someone in Sanctuary (not going to ruin it for you). A critical now deals out 1100 damage. It's insane.

My co-op is Maya, who I feel is a much better class. She's a level 11 and I'm using her as a support character. She currently has a nurse class mod and I have almost fully upgraded her "Sweet Release" skill, which will regenerate player and friend health with orbs when you kill an enemy in the Phaselock. Full upgraded it will release 5 orbs which fill up 15% of your health.

The game is awesome and feels like I never left Pandora. I played the hell out of the first one and this feel right are home. The first one I played solo so playing co-op this time around was awesome except for one of the kids we were playing with who is a total loot whore.

Your streak of luck is pretty crazy. I should be getting this from Gamefly pretty soon and it sounds nice from the impressions. I liked the first one, so I feel like I have a good idea of what to expect.

This one it's not luck. I think it was a screw up from one of my connects. Another OS'er got a copy as well even though we told them in several emails that we weren't interested. It says it came as a gift on the receipt??? Lol

I have the pre-ordered copy so I had the key to the chest. Well I was running around in Sanctuary and I saw the chest, I was so excited because it looked like it would have an amazing gun, Well I opened it and thats when my brother said "Nooo don't open it thats the chest that needs the key!" Well it was to late and I wasted they key... I was only lvl8 so I got this grenade mod which is no longer the best a lvl later... I am devastated.

I really like the game..I just wish they had some stats that separated the characters...like dexterity, power, etc.

I have Amazon prime, mostly for release date delivery. I preordered this game, and yet the game isn't supposed to arrive until tomorrow. **** you amazon, I want to be blasting fools and collecting guns right now.
