I know but the difference is we now can possess the actual disc and thus we have physical possession, which is something that we can control.

Didn't have much luck on the servers, either.

Anyone can create the new region, just report here, make it private, and pick one of the ones with a large number of cities to claim.

Hey, for all those attempting to get the refund. They will refuse to give you one. I was able to get one on a technicality. While using the Origin App to purchase the game no where does it states it's an online only game. Due to this unique reason they were able to grant me a refund otherwise they wouldn't have.

I personally don't want a refund. I know I will enjoy the crap out of this game when the servers are stable.

I just want to make sure, when moving to a different server, your city is lost, correct?

No, you can have cities on every server, just have to switch to the server your city is on that you want to play.

From what I can tell I've had so few problems because I'm rarely changing servers, those East servers always seem to be hammered.

Yes, your city is tied to the server it's created on.

Ahh, I see. I only ask because I wanted to get in on the OS Region, so I switched servers and couldn't find my original city. On top of that, it wanted me to play the tutorial again. Anyway around that?

Yeah whenever you switch servers you have to do the tutorial again, which is uber annoying. I'm just going to wait till EA caves and gives us an online mode with larger city sizes.

I just updated my drivers since I couldn't see any of the zone etc buttons during the tutorial. Looking forward to really playing, I took a day out of work to avoid winter storm somename and play sc and my rtts

Has anyone been able to invite a friend form the friends list? It still says I have none when I'm in game.

I haven't done the tutorial since beta, as soon as it loads go to the menu and exit to main menu and it won't ask you again for that server.
