I tried inviting you, but your name didn't show up. That may be because you haven't entered the NA East 4 server yet. But now that we're Origin friends, just click on my username in-game and Springfield will show up.

Okay, we now have 5 mayors in Springfield with 11 spots remaining. 6 mayors once NYJetsfan gets in.

I am having a problem in OSVille2. I keep trying to share fire trucks and police cars with surrounding cities but it says there is no road connection. How do I fix that?

You can find that out by clicking the "play" button when you first enter the game and then clicking on the OSville 2 region.

And the Springfield region seems to be growing quickly, so if you want to join that you can.

Okay, I built a department of Utilities and Transportation. Someone else (I forget who) built a department of Safety. So we still need departments of Finance, Tourism, and Education.

I got education and Utilities at mine. I actually have room for 2 more, so I'll get Finance and Tourism to cover the rest.

Nice. Also, if you want to save money, I've already got Utilities. And I'm 3,000 people away from being able to add another department, so I should shortly be able to cover one of Finance or Tourism and save you even more money.

Okay, I created a region called Springfield (Simpsons FTW) on NA East 4 and made it public. Region filtering is still disabled, so random people won't be finding it, and this saves the trouble of OSers having to be invited.

Rather than having a billion OSville's with lots of open/abandoned cities, I'm hoping we can get the Osers who are still playing regularly into one city, and this seems like a good place to start. I chose a different name than OSville to avoid confusion since there are at least 4 of those already.

I also think now that we've all gotten the hang of how to play there will less chance of people ruining their city and abandoning it, and we might even be able to get some "great works" projects going. It's tough to get a good multi-player experience in this game when your neighbors abandon their cities and aren't replaced, so hopefully we can avoid this.

And if people don't want to join this region, I still think we need to combine those who play regularly into one region.

How long can you go without logging in before the city starts to collapse? Do they automatically turn to abandoned at some point? I usually end up going days at a time without being able to play. I usually log most of my gaming on weekends these days.

Maybe I'll just have to go back to my private game where I control all of the plots lol.
