The default choices for ME3 are horrific...if you made choices in any of the other games, you'll definitely want to carry that profile over.

You can import the save but still change your class if it's a ME2 character becoming a ME3 one.

Hmm... Will you be able to change your face too? Haha. I kind of want to start a new save because...

Just bought ME. Man. Nearly 8 gigs and my slow connection? Might have to leave it on overnight.

Didn't take as long as I thought.

Man. The whole feel is totally different from the games after it. The Citadel is a much better realized place. The elevators are annoying and the sudden stops for loading gets in the way and breaks immersion, but I can feel the Citadel's size better. Got to meet the infamous Conrad Verner for the first time. We'll see where this leads.

Just got to Liara's Dig Site and piloting the Mako. Moved the thing forward a couple feet and I can already see why people don't really like vehicle sections. Thing handles like a brick on roller blades.

I am a 1/3 of the way through ME and I really see why it was so revered on XBOX.

But ME2 is my favorite of the series top to bottom. No question. 2 and 3 were overall better games but the original has so much charm and substance. It is so nice to know the complete story from the begining.

As far as the Mako....I kick all kinds of *** driving that tub of bolts LOL. It is not that hard at all. And the weapons work fine....I am like a freaking sniper taking out turrets with that thing.

Anyway.......awesome game. I went with an Inflitrator and love the upgrades on this build out. On ME2 and 3 I was a solider.

Next time I will go full on Biotic.

ME1 was an amazing game for me when I first played it. I worked at Wal-Mart and saw it in the Bargain Bin. I had never heard of it but gave it a shot. The game isn't as polished as the last two but that could be attributed to budget and the like.

The issue I had with ME1 was all the gun and armor micromanagement. It got annoying after a while as most of the stuff you find gets to be useless.

ME2 they stripped out the RPG elements too much IMO. ME2 had by far the best ending part of the trilogy.

My favorite, despite the ending, is ME3. I love the way they found a balance between the leveling and weapon system between ME1 and ME2. The whole game gave me an impending sense of doom, and no game has ever gotten to me emotionally like ME3 did at certain points. Plus the way your crew feels more alive exploring the ship and the citadel keeps things interesting.

I think I choosen the wrong loadout for the Thorian mission. I now know what the term "Squishy Wizard" and "Glass Cannon" comes from. Liara hits like a tank, but she has less health than a rat in Chernobyl.

Yes the weapon micro management is a hassle after a while. The only thing about ME2 that got a little boring was the planet scanning and probe launching. ME3 is amazing but the overall ending and story of ME2 I found to be a tad better.

I agree abut the doom of ME3.....dreadful yet awesome all at the same time.

I just grabbed this At BB with some credit I had. Question.
The DLC that is included in the trilogy ps3 version, is that integrated into the main story? Or is it a separate peic like some of the ones in Dragon Age?

                        thanks guys.

I've heard they are, and the sci-fi aspect intrigues me. I just don't know when I'll have time to play them.

I chose my first major mission on ME1, and headed to Noveria. Not going to lie ... I struggled. Massively.
