You taking about High End gear? That's Gold?

You color blind by chance? I have a buddy I play these loot games with and he's always scooping up rare stuff that he thinks is common. Borderlands was the worst.

There are color blind settings though in the division and he's so thankful for that.

I'm talking about set pieces, which are the end game gear, which are green just a lighter green. Fairly certain the AF would have never let me in a Viper if I was color blind.

I think he is taking about the set pieces which are a different shade of green from the tier 1

The lower level versions are the only ones available outside the incursion. Well, except the blueprints that is.

They couldn't make it a different color though? Maybe red or something.

I thought the same thing, but there's already too much red on the minimap between rogues and contaminated areas. Orange would have worked, maybe, or something neutral like brown.

It's a distinctly different shade in game when it drops, just hard to put a name to the color.

...so I have been trying to play Incursion this weekend and like 4 or 5 times when I would randomly join a group I would get bounced within the first minute. I just assumed it was server issues, new patch, traffic, etc. Then on the last game as I was waiting to join I heard on my mic another player say "I don't mess with anyone in the 160's [gear level] they die too quickly". And sure enough I got dropped 10 seconds after joining the dteam. Then it dawned on me - I was kicked out of the group. And not just this group. Every group I tried to join. These rat bastard randoms are discriminating against me because I only have a gear score of 160??!! (Which by the way is the game recommended minimum. You only need a score of 140 for access) Screw dem! I'll show them - when I get my score up and lead a team in the Incursion I'll accept all lowly rated players! (unless they really suck, or are annoying, or die to quickly - then they gotta go)

Yeah the community on this game kinda sucks. There are some good people out there but a significant portion should just be avoided. I never go rogue and always pick up random guys when they are downed and 99% of the time they sound like Tiny Tim and are so shocked and grateful I didn't just let them die and take their stuff. But I stay as far away from PUGs as possible. I usually run with lower level guys so not wanting to join a group has forced me to never run challenging missions and the only challenge mission I ever did was with Jare after running the incursion until just recently when I've geared up enough to be able to solo them.

Also just an FYI even if you did get in that group, unless you are the leader you run the risk of playing the entire mission only to be kicked before getting your reward for no benefit to them, only because people want to kick you.

That's foul! Thing is - I run often with randoms. Every story mission I completed with Randoms. I do challenging missions with randoms of late. And I have even ran with randoms in the Dark Zone. For the most part - they have been great - except the Dark Zone where it's 50/50. Maybe I have just been very fortunate or just naive but until this weekend I never thought twice about running with Randoms

*sigh* If anyone sees me in dem streets - hit me up and we can go raiding together. I love me some Division.

That's foul! Thing is - I run often with randoms. Every story mission I completed with Randoms. I do challenging missions with randoms of late. And I have even ran with randoms in the Dark Zone. For the most part - they have been great - except the Dark Zone where it's 50/50. I've actually had similar experiences with randoms. For the most part they've been positive experiences.

I really enjoyed the 3-4 days of play time I put in with this game, but I think I'm done. I'm still going to be unable to really play my PS4 for two weeks and I've fallen so far behind that I don't want to try and catch up.

Idiots, they could've gotten double loot drops with you in the group. This is another problem for people who haven't glitched the incursion 1,000 times. Elitism in PUGs. Similar to "must have Gjallerhorn" in Destiny Year 1.

Was thinking about picking this up but it sounds like it's not a good time. What the hell happen? 85 percent of my friends list was playing this when it came out. Now pretty much nobody is.
