    Re: No Man's Sky

Are there different kinds of those eggs? I found an underground cave, about 200 meters under the surface, on my current planet filled with "humming eggs" that when opened had albumen pearls inside. I ended up with 34 of those bitches before I ran out of inventory space and had to head back to my base. I never once came under attack from any sentinels or anything else. Grabbed those pearls until my inventory was full, Terraformed my way back to the surface and jogged back to my base.

Only issue is, a couple of you were saying they were worth 95,000 units, but the ones I grabbed are only worth 9,025 units each.

Has anyone got into farming stuff for profit yet? I’ve been hearing you can do it but I still have no way to do agriculture stuff. Put in what I feel like is a ridiculous amount of hours too. Can’t believe I don’t have it going yet.

Those are whispering eggs that are worth 95,000 units. They are found around abandoned buildings. Also, sentinels don't go into/patrol caves on their own so you can collect the ones in caves without worry, but if you found some on the surface and tried to collect them you would be attacked.

Inventory management is kind of killing me ATM. I don't know what to do with half of the stuff I have. I know to keep the basics to stay alive, but, just sell everything else?

You only want to sell items that are junk or trade commodities for the most part. No mans sky wiki can help a lot with that.

              Re: No Man's Sky

If your looking to make some units and not ready to build a base, go after the buried technology. Your gonna need the terrain modifier(i think thats what its called). You scan the terrain and look for this, buried technology

when you dig it out you'll either get Nanite Clusters or Salvaged technology. The salvaged technology helps you build your base, but like I said earlier, if your not ready to build you can sell these for 50,000 units each!

The last 3 or 4 times I've located a distress signal and went to the location there was no downed ship. Anyone getting this?

Yes. I am forgetting what else is there but there wont always be a downed ship.

Last thing I want to run into right now is another downed ship haha. Don’t even have the first one I ran into fully repaired yet. This is why I want to start farming and make money. I want to buy my next ship. Don’t want this to turn into a mining copper only game. Feel like I need it already for eternity.

I have an A class freighter, 20 slots but Im looking to upgrade before I start my base. I got my 6.9m unit Multi tool so I'm good there. Wish there were more enemy encounters on the planets.

More storage options at our bases would be nice. I got this huge *** safe and it only fits 4 things in it.

Thanks! I was wondering what was up when I found 34 eggs and yet no attacks, nor were they worth as much.

Finally made it to the space station last night. I had no choice, my inventory (both exosuit and ship) were filled to the brim with gold and albumen pearls, ended up with over 700,000 units when all was said and done. Not an obscene amount, but a good little nest egg for this early in the game.

The distress signal I got in the station took me straight back to the same planet I had left. So back to mining. And maybe I'll stumble across some whispering eggs as there's an abandoned building in the distance from my base.

I'm open. Have had one person come and find me, and it was pretty cool. We just doped around together before he took off.

My friend server is also open, but nobody else have stumbled upon us.
