    No Man's Sky

How does multiplayer work? Is the base I have built now still going to be a thing? I haven’t played in months.

      Anyone still playing??

This game turned out to be my all time favorite game I have played...which is kind of insane to think about because I play a lot of video games, haha.

This game started out so much hype, got killed, and then revived in a way that nobody saw coming.

I am now near 300 hours on this damn thing, and today I will be creating a new world just for the fun of it.

Not I. Probably give it another shot at the next LAN in the fall.

Though, I've been itching to play a survival builder game. Don't think Space Engineers or Empyrion will do it.

Really want a mix of Satisfactory and NMS.

Maybe I'll fire this back up this weekend.

I just got this on the steam summer sale and I have to say that I am enjoying it so far. I only have about 90 minutes in and just got my ship repaired but the scope is massive and I can see a lot of hours playing this game.

It's been a while now, but I've mentioned it earlier in this thread - when you get your ship off the ground and off your first planet, the feeling of accomplishment that is produced is rarely replicated. Can't think of many games that pull off that kind of "F yeah" moment.

Definitely. I went into space last night and it wanted to send me to another planet. I took about 90 minutes and mostly idled my way there enjoying the accomplishment.

I just read through the beginning of this thread all the way till after the release.

                    What a roller coaster ride.

I enjoy doing that when I'm bored, haha.

What a way this game has come.

Gotta say I freaking love this game. I have almost 40 hours in already and feel like this is quickly becoming one of my top 5 favorite games all time. Though nothing will ever top FFIX in my mind.

I have upgraded my ship to a class B and got a class B multi tool. I also got a 20 slot class A freighter as part of a quest line.

I am currently on the quest line alone among the stars, I believe, and it is pretty cool. At the slow rate I am going because I like to explore, it will take a long time to get to the center of the galaxy, which I am cool with. I also learned I can buy more inventory slots. That's a nice perk.

It will probably be in my top 5 of time played on steam sooner than later.

I re-installed a month ago, waiting for the update. I've managed to hold off playing it after not playing for around a year.

Really looking forward to getting back into this. Hoping Beyond lives up to the hype.
