Re: Fallout 4
Finally made a decent building last night at Sanctuary. It's a 4 story monster of a fortress! Now, I just hafta decide how to decorate and where I want everything. Already installed some high powered laser turrets. Played for 3 and a half hours straight and never came anywhere close to doing an actual mission. Lol!#LFC

Re: Fallout 4
Haha that's been my Fallout experience too the past few days. Building and better arranging things like the food. At first I just threw stuff down willy nilly lol, but I'm trying to get better organized across the board. So very little game play outside of a few supply runs. Finally made a decent building last night at Sanctuary. It's a 4 story monster of a fortress! Re: Fallout 4
Clearing out buildings sure becomes a lot easier once you acquire Deliverer. Especially if you're like me and are in love with pistols and have that perk at 4 stars

I went the rifleman route. It may or may not have had something to do with that old television show starring Chuck Connors...#LFC

Re: Fallout 4
So addicted to this amazing game.
I am rolling with Cait right now for a change of pace from Rex (Dogmeat). Time to get laid. She loves my bad *** combat shotgun "Arnie" and my trusted "Nelly" (fully modded pipe/sniper) rifle raining down carnage across the wasteland.
Give me some sugar baby. Now Playing on PS5:

Re: Fallout 4
I'm a VATS junkie, so I love the versatility of the pistol. You can mod them to have great range/accuracy while still being viable as a close-quarters weapon. I do still have a bad-*** laser sniper for those pesky roof dwellers.Comment

Re: Fallout 4
I went pistols as well and modeled my guy after Doc Holiday from Tombstone. I started out trying to only use six shooters as well but enemy scaling has made that impossible.Comment

Re: Fallout 4
Yeah, as I've moved more south, my trusty devastating revolver just doesn't have the capacity to hang without a struggle. Guess I'll have to finally throw some points into intelligence so I can get the Science perk and make a really nice laser pistol. Luckily, I found one that is way above my modding level that I can use, but I want a top of the line one

Re: Fallout 4
Don't sleep on Kellogg's pistol if you like VATS. With enough perception and luck, you can chain VATS and criticals and never run out of action points. Never tried using it against something like a high level mirelurk, deathclaw, etc, but it's been really effective against any humanoid I've shot with it.Comment

Fallout 4
Kellogg's pistol is great. I also came across a legendary radiation shotgun last night. Was able to upgrade it a lot by taking parts off my other shotgun. Can't wait to use it later. Pic In spoiler.

Re: Fallout 4
That's my #1 just need to get my last level of gun nut to max out the mods. Just went toe to toe with multiple legendary razorclaw mirelurks and it ripped through their legs and was the only reason I made it out alive. But no matter how good it is, sometimes you just need to be able to put a serious amount of lead downrange.Don't sleep on Kellogg's pistol if you like VATS.
