Just beat the 5th boss after one try Deacon of Demons

I would have beaten it first try if not for being cursed and forgetting to use my curse remover with almost full health. LOL

Beat him easily second try and now on the way to farron keep which I had already turned off 2 of the 3 flames to gain access to wolves blood.

One thing I do not like is that you are able to move into areas that should be left for later as I was about to do farron keep before cathedral if not for me going back to see if I missed something. LOL

I think the farron keep area is alot easier than cathedral of the deep. But the Farron keep boss is much more difficult than the former.

Yea I can imagine it would be harder then boss in cathedral. I enjoyed the cathedral for sure but it did have a few rough spots

I am going to finish farron keep later today.

I went on kind of a suicide run (area is hard) and got the ashes for the good upgrade stones, so I've been helping people to get souls for titanite chunks mostly. I have 106 sunlight medals. And I haven't found the alter yet.

Fastest soul farming method of the bosses I like so far is helping on Champion Gundyr. Been helping on Dancer but the success rate isn't so good. Im not getting summoned too much anymore on Sulyvahn, which is disappointing, cuz I like that fight too. But I'm keeping all my weapons at +9 so I can help and stuff around here.I figure a fair amount of people will have +7 weapons around here but +8 is pushing it.

Also, I have NEVER been summoned as a blade of darkmoon. So disappointing. Fix this.

If you guys didn't know, if you plan on using a high str weapon, you can use it 2 handed even if you don't meet the necessary requirements. Say a sword needs 45 strength to wield, you could have 30 str and 2 hand it. The 2 handed str bonus is 1.5x your star

I've been using Dark Sword mostly. I infused it heavy and it's +8 right now. The R1 spam is OP and the reach is about a foot or two further than it should be. I also sometimes use the heavy exile great sword +6, the heavy zwei +6, and started using smough great hammer +3 for ****s and giggles sometimes now that my strength is at 45. Then I use a Pyro flame in my left and to infuse with carthus flame arc. I've made some boss weapons but I don't have enough scales to make them good enough yet.

Re: farming for dark sword. I got it AND the dark set by like my second or third trip from the bonfire to that boss in farron keep. Its really good. I'm prolly gonna make it so it is still usable and infuse with crystal or dark or lightNing when I re-spec back to a int/faith.

So I'm at the last boss now story wise, but I've yet to beat the damn boss at Archdragon Peak. I won't ruin it for anyone as it's quite a spectacle, but man, I've failed to beat him about 10 times now. His second phase is absolutely ridiculous.

Actually had the Dark Sword and didn't realize it. Just tried the moveset out and immediately upgraded it to +10.

I hate the moveset on the DarkSword, but its Strength scaling is killer. I figure the crappy moveset keeps it from being OP.

Just bought this and I've been playing for 2-3 hours and I love this game. Just had my first death against a Knight in the High Wall of Lothoric. It feels good to be back playing a souls game, love how slow paced it is compared to Bloodborne. That first boss fight was well done, and amazing. Love how they had it on a Cliffside with a nice view.

Created a knight and it makes things easy. Currently lvl 20 and decided to go with a quality build my first run. Trying to decided between the Uchi, Longsword, or Claymore. Currently just taking my time exploring every inch. Trying to get used to this parry system but I'm so bad at it. Gonna spend a few hours practicing it tommorow.

Let it be known that the Nameless King can die in a fire.

I just beat the game this morning but didn't progress to NG+ as I still want to beat him, but I really don't know if it'll happen. His second phase is absolutely ridiculous.

Gonna start a new game as a Pyro/Dex character tonight to mess around with. I'll occasionally go back to my original character to try and beat the Nameless King, but I need a break from him.

Just beat the huge boss in the catacombs. Easy fight

This game so far has been easy in terms of bosses. Bloodborne much tougher for me

Just killed a dark wraith that was in the High Wall of Lothoric and got the Dark Sword. The scaling on that sword is insane.

Got invaded for the first time the other day and it was in the area where that giant is throwing the big spears from far away and I ran into that area and was able to avoid getting hit by the spears but not so for my opponent. He went down without one swipe from my sword. Epic.
