My first ever experience with these games was Bloodborne and I bought it because of the hype when i just play online shooters and sports games.

The first boss in the Bloodborne game beat me like 40 times and I like you quit but did not return the game. Just quit for 2 weeks or so. I decided to try it again and started to notice that I was inching closer to beating first boss. When I beat him it gave me a rush unlike any game has ever giving me of accomplishing something. I was hooked on that rush from there on and played that game like 100 hours and beat it 3 times and the DLC and got platinum. Yes I died a ton and it made beating a boss or game that much sweeter

I decided to try Dark Souls 3 because I was hooked and my skills carrier over and I did not lose to any of the first 3 bosses. I have beaten about 6 or 7 bosses and right now I just got to the Pontiff which is giving me fits like no other boss so far. I have lost like 15 times and have no embers left and continue to inch closer.

Is the reward factor that makes these games incredible. No other game has done that to me
I may buy it when to price drops to 20-30 bucks.

So I've been having a blast doing some sporadic PVP in this game, and have actually enjoyed quite a bit of success on my SL103 character.

So I head to the Halfway Fortress bonfire and put my red soapstone down, and what followed was 45 minutes of hilarity.

I got summoned into this prism stone, neon fight club deal with 6 other dudes at a time taking turns dueling. Everyone would sit around and watch each duel, applaud after each round, and the next player would step up. I wound up winning two duels and finally perishing in the third, but man, it was hilarious. At one point, one dude used a white branch and transformed into a crucifix. The other five of us sat in a circle around him in the Path of the Dragon pose for a good minute or two.

One guy actually tried to invade us, walked up the hill to the bonfire, and we all promptly chased him down until he returned to his world.

Definitely one of the coolest moments I've had playing a videogame.

Do the items you have transfer to NG+? I'm like 8-9 boss away from beating the game, and I killed a few NPC that pissed me off in the beginning and was wondering if I could just give them the items once I find them in NG+ do am I going to have to find it over?

That moment when your about to kill an NPC only to find them dead already.

Almost 40 hours in and just reached the Grand Archives. Loving this game, this is by far game of the year hands down. I haven't beat the game yet, but I'm still thinking of my next build, and ways to improve.

              Dark Souls III

I've breezed through the entire game. Can't beat the last boss. Frustrated.

I will say this game is the easiest souls game for me. BB destroyed my soul compared to this. Can't tell if it's because I'm used to this type of game now or if they really made the game more approachable and less difficult overall. (This may also be due to them giving me an uchigatana 2 mins into the game lol)

Part of it for sure is that you are use to it but the game is very much catering to the casual because there are tons of bon fires which make it easy to move along.

DS2 was a lot easier than this to me. I could roll a sorcerer and cruise through most parts of that game. This game does have a lot of bonfires, but I think if you have played DS-BB then you should be very used to the mechanics by now and be able to find this game a bit easier.

I'm sure it's cause you're used to the style of game. Dark Souls 2 was incredibly difficult for me as it was my first Souls game, so I never beat it. Bloodborne put me in my place for a while, but I eventually got better, and I actually started getting pretty good at it after a while.

I've now beat Souls 3 and am up through Irithyll on NG+ and up to the Abyss Watchers on another character. I'm just more comfortable with the style of game now. It doesn't feel any easier than Bloodborne at all to me or any of my friends that have now played both.

Bloodborne felt so much less forgiving than this game. Also farming for blood vials was incredibly annoying while I was trying to learn the ropes in that game.

And the npc duel difficulty difference between this and BB is night and day. I still have nightmares of the Crow of Cainhurst from BB.

For example, if a From Software developer come to me five years from now and beg ‘please let me make another Dark Souls‘. Then I will not rule out the possibility to let my subordinates start a new project. What is certain for now is, to me personally Dark Souls is over."

                            Re: Dark Souls III

Finally I can mark off beating a Souls game as a life goal.

This game is just amazing. Only a souls game could punish you 1000 times, and have you laugh at your mistakes. In my opinion the Souls of Cinder was a final boss done right. Very rarely do I see a final boss like this that can do everything in the game and more. I was more jealous of his damn Ninja moveset than I was upset at dying. Died to him twice with NPC summons before I decided I'm a have a duel with him. It was a dog fight going blow for blow, but I came up victorious after he left me with 10 HP left. Dodge his final attack and went in for the kill. I had so much good moments playing solo, that I can't wait to play online. Sad that I have to put it down for 2 weeks, but I'm a miss you.

Just gotta kill some NPC, collect some items i missed, and the nameless king, then it time to head to NG+.

Edit: Nameless King has no chill at all. Finally got to his second phase and he doesn't leave any room for me to heal. Also realized you do a lot of damage if you strike the dragon head. Took me 7 fights to realize this. I can see it going to take me a good 20-30 before I get him 1 hit away from death. He makes the Souls of Cinder look easy.

Ran out of estus but got the nameless king within 1 hit of dieing before he does his grab attack(with his spear). I think I'm dead so I out the controller down only to see my player get back up. Then I instantly grab it to dodge only to get stab in the back. The closest I ever got to killing him.

But there are options for Demon's Souls II, what would i like mostly, and Bloodborne 2...
DS has one important (a lot missing) thing, no Studio Japan.

Three games as triologies would be more then enough.

They said new IP so doubt its any of those.

Personally I hope its not Bloodborne 2 as I hated that game compared to DS.

Also just got DS3 on pc thanks to friends as a borthday gift. Im usually always a pyromancer or sorcerer in every DS game.

How are they in this game?
