Got back into this over the weekend. The Saber-toothed Tiger is no joke! Been running with him as a companion since I unlocked him. I also love how badass they made made the honey badgers. They don't back down from **** lol. This game is so much more enjoyable than the last one. Not even close for me.

I got the Platinum Trophy last weekend. Good game overall.
8.5/10 while I'm discovering things;
6.5/10 after;
2/10 when there's 12 Tribal Clash quests and 7 are one thing and the rest is other thing. One of the two: you have to burn some village or kill ~leaders~ and loot their corpses.

Did anyone else just completely lose interest in this? I stopped playing and haven't touched it in weeks. The environment is beautiful and the map is friggin' HUGE, but I just couldn't stick with it the way that I did with Far Cry 4.

I played 25 hours, then put it down to play UC4....now I am on the Drake Collection (only takes me 8-9 hours per game on normal). Like Far Cry 4 (I started strong then went back to it and finished it 8 months later) I will come back to it and finish it up. The great thing about open world games is you can take an extended break, play other more linear games then come back and get going again. It takes me literally minutes to get back into the flow.

I will finish Primal and Fallout 4 over the summer before No Mans Sky releases. June and July will be pretty much Primal and FO4 in between MLB 16.

I rushed the end just because I wanted to play The Division. I still completed the game 100% and I love the ending boss fights. Released to close to The Division for some people including myself. The main reason is that if you're more into shooting and blowing stuff up, then yeah, you'll most likely get bored eventually because it's all about stealth, slow pace and using the bows and arrows.

I rushed the end just because I wanted to play The Division. I still completed the game 100% and I love the ending boss fights. Released to close to The Division for some people including myself. The main reason is that if you're more into shooting and blowing stuff up, then yeah, you'll most likely get bored eventually because it's all about stealth, slow pace and using the bows and arrows.

I think having to read all of the subtitles kind of turned me off, too. You have to always be looking at the screen. I'll admit, I miss having a sniper rifle, tho. Lol!

As much as I loved Far Cry 3.....I thought 4 was even better....that gyro copter was amazing fun, taking down fortress's and all the wild life on 4 was insane. The game was gorgeous. Ton's of fun. Story wise....not bad at all...not as good as 3 but better in every other department IMO.

As much as I loved Far Cry 3.....I thought 4 was even better....that gyro copter was amazing fun, taking down fortress's and all the wild life on 4 was insane. The game was gorgeous. Ton's of fun. Story wise....not bad at all...not as good as 3 but better in every other department IMO.

Believe it or not, I still haven't played part 3. It's definitely on my list, tho.

Oh my.....you must. Great game as well. Tropical setting. Sharks.....lot's of fun.

That would be a sweet PS4 remaster.

Reading the subtitles didn't bother me at all since I always have that option on in every game and read the text as it's being said.

In my opinion, FC 4 had the better story, characters and endings. FC 3 had a better bad guy in Vaas but he wasn't the main bad guy. Gameplay is excellent in both. Didn't really like the gyro copter but I loved the grappling hook. Graphics and music were excellent in both as well.

This game was awesome and a easy platinum trophy on PS4.

I came in thinking how fun can this setting be without dinsouars but then I was blown away with the game design and how fun it is to hunt all these different animals and have them at your command. Also the story ain't half bad.

Just a great game overall. One of the best far cry games of the series.
